Too bad This Time

Customer service-great. Product-not great
The customer service was amazing. Very prompt and took care of the problem right away! The product, however, not so great. I had a standard sized wine bottle already in my wine fridge so it was already a little chilled. It made the bottle feel chilled but went away very quickly. By my 2nd glass the wine was already warming up. I was so disappointed, that towards the end of the bottle I just wound up sticking it back in the fridge. Great concept, poor design. I regret getting 4 and giving them as gifts. I feel embarrassed.
