DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered an expensive Christmas present for a family member on 18th December and paid for express delivery (48 hours). It still hasn’t arrived. I have tried to make contact multiple times via multiple methods since. Emails, phone calls, left voicemails and on social media with no response. They are either a FRAUD COMPANY or have closed down with no notice and kept our money. Trying to claim back via credit card company and have reported them to TRADING STANDARDS.

Ordered 6 bottles of wine. Was worried after reading reviews and didn't hear anything for a few days. However I then recieved an email explaining that they had suffered a serious IT issue. My wine arrived within a few days well packed and in time for Christmas.

Some delivery timing issues but all resolved now. Thanks.

I ordered a bottle of Mocha Cream Liqueur on the 6th December. We are now at the 18th December and I haven't received or heard anything from this company. I've tried telephoning (always on answerphone) and emailing several times but no response.
This is the only form of contact (according to the website) but how can you move forward if no one answers either.

Ordered and received an error message after paying for some champagne no responses to my emails and no order confirmation. I will keep trying.

Ordered three bottles of wine and only two ever arrived. Two months later, I have emailed and called several times since with no response whatsoever. Definitely never using this company again, I’ve never known such blatant bad service.

Ordered 12 bottles, waited a week and hadn't arrived. I emailed and rang twice, no answer. Finally got an email saying they were looking into it. A week later nothing from them and no wine.

Made the mistake of ordering 12 bottles from here again as hoped they might have improved, they are taking over 10 days to deliver wine from order date when a 48 hour service is selected at check out. Then they refund the 'difference in postage' rather than the entire amount which would have been at least a gesture or apology of sorts. You only hear about the delay when you chase the order up yourself. Will not buy from them again, it's just terribly frustrating. Life's too short.

I ordered a bottle of Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon online on 28 June, and received an email receipt. When the bottle hadn’t arrived by 8 August, I emailed them, enquiring as to the delay. It’s now 29 August, and I haven’t heard back from them, nor have I received the bottle bought and paid for two months ago.

Also purchased a few bottles, they advised they don't have the years ordered so I asked to cancel and have not heard back nor did I receive a refund for the order that didn't come....stay away.

I ordered 6 bottles of wine on the 30th December 2024. A few weeks into January I started to worry as my order had not been delivered so I called them multiple times and left a voicemail. They answered their phone twice saying they were out of the shop and would call back and never did.

On the 24th January after calling them again they emailed me to say that they could no longer get this particular wine and apologised as they thought they had told all the buyers but missed me. They said a refund would be issued the next day.

It is now the 12th February and still no refund. I have tried again to email and call and am getting no response from this company at all.

My recommendation would be to stay well clear of this company unless you want the stress.

We bought a very bad bottle and when we emailed, got no answer. We don't recommend!

Sorry but never known a company where you have chase for an update and still don't get an answer, item is out of stock (it can happen) but no one informs you until you ask about 3 times!
Won't order again from them.
