At the initial meeting on site we will discuss the options and potential, we will then carry out the measured site survey and start to draw up the existing layouts. We then turn our attention to the initial concepts, drawing up the proposed layouts working closely with you to develop our ideas until we get to a point you are happy for us to submit the application to the local planning authority. We write up all of the applications and statement’s, gather any required studies and then work alongside the planning officers throughout the application process. If you would like some assistance with the next stage, from here we work closely with you through the tender process, helping you select the right builders to tender the project, ensuring all costs are comprehensive and comparable, and most importantly working with you to secure the builder best suited to you and your project. We are then able to provide further assistance if required by way of contract administration. Once the chosen builder has been commissioned we are able to set up the contracts of work, confirming start and finish dates and valuating every invoice at each request for payment to ensure the correct valuated amount of work has been carried out and to the high standard expected, then concluding with the official sign off when the works are all complete. We regularly work alongside conservationists in the restoration of grade listed highly tentative repairs but also work on modern new build, alterations and everything in-between, we can provide calculations, clear diagrams and instructions to support your work.
