We have had the privilege and benefit of working together with Cornerstone Resources for 2.5 years. We began working with them at a time when we had to manage a site relocation and redundancy process and their professional and sensitive support with coaching the HR team, managing the process timeline and ensuring that correct paperwork was in place definitely reduced the stress for all those involved.

They have continued to support us throughout the period of the pandemic with advice on all things recruitment, policy redevelopment, working from home, HR updates, guidance and clarity around government furlough schemes, as well as supporting us to develop staff personal development. They have encouraged us to introduce new CPD schemes and implement key software, including Breathe HR, to improve our processes, saving time & energy as well as improving our record keeping.
