Despite being told my Dad's cream tea would be delivered on Saturday, after contacting them when it hadn't arrived an email said there had been a problem & assured me it would be delivered in time on Father's Day. This never happened. I can't get that day back & am bitterly disappointed & upset. Would not recommend this company or use again. Spoilt my Dad's day.

I pre-ordered this in April for delivery on 14th June as I was working on Father’s Day. It arrived in great condition and I was kept updated with tracking information. It arrived in good quality chilled packaging and put in a safe place out of the sun! Having used the company before, I would thoroughly recommend them.

I’ve ordered from this company more than once and the food has always been delicious and turned up on time if and when there is an issue they resolve it very quickly very happy

I ordered a Father’s Day hamper which was originally due to arrive on Saturday, but due to circumstances outside the company’s control, it arrived on Sunday- Father’s Day itself- which, in my opinion, was even better! The team kept me informed throughout and worked incredibly hard to ensure everything was delivered in time. Their customer service was outstanding, especially under pressure. Highly recommend- thoughtful, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I have used before and most certainly will use again. Thank you!

I ordered the Father’s Day gift box which was thoroughly enjoyed by my Dad and made his day!
I was a little concerned that the tracking had not updated on the day of delivery, but know that couriers are not always the best at updating things. When nothing arrived I sent over an email and immediately got a response detailing how the courier used had not collected a batch of orders! Completely out of Cornish cream teas control, but they explained everything they had done to rectify the situation and as promised our box was received on Father’s Day. Thank you for a prompt response to what is any companies worst nightmare! My dad said everything was delicious!

Arrived Sunday @ 13.04 a day late, having waited in all day Saturday 14th June I wasn't in to receive it having other arrangements for Father's Day. It was left by my door, out of direct sunlight.
I question the freshness as it was despatched on Monday 02 June@ 15.18. This is 13 days on an item with 24 hour delivery. Is this treasonable and safe with no visible dates on the items?

Absolutely fantastic service and a wonderful product. Through no fault of the company’s the delivery was initially delayed. They went out of their way to ensure the parcel was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The pasties were delicious and the scones were very scrumptious. Highly recommend.

The Pasties and Scones were next level delicious. I bought the fathers day box and it was due to arrive on the 14th but as they experienced postal issues (beyond their control) it arrived on the actual day, which wasn't a problem at all. The customer service was great and kept us informed. One very happy dad!. I will definitely order again for other occasions.

Despite being a day late due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, I am still giving a 5 star review.
The Company should be praised for their communication, setting out all the action they had put in place for orders to be delivered today. Being beautifully presented, my husband loved his pasty and the scones were delicious!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Cornish Cream Teas to others.

The Father's Day Box was ordered for delivery Saturday 14th as this is when I was seeing my elderly father. I wanted the gift to be his lunch on the day I was seeing him and celebrating Father's Day with him. I checked throughout the day on the royalmail delivery updates and it didnt have any information. On the morning of Sunday 15th, there was a message stating the delivery would be made by 5.30pm. The box arrived on Sunday 15th at 4pm. Unfortunately, this was too late for me to give as a gift as my Father had travelled home and I wasn't seeing him today. Had i known the gift wouldnt be delivered on time i wouldnt have wasted my money. I now have no use of it (as a non meat eater) and have wasted in excess of £30 and no gift for my father. To say I feel let down is an understatement.

I ordered the large father's day cream tea for my two children to give my husband back in early May. I specified delivery on the 14th, but by the afternoon it still had not been delivered and the tracking stated it was still in Plymouth. I contacted Cornish Cream Teas and had an email in the evening stating that due to some distribution issues, they had arranged for a special delivery to be made on Father's Day morning. True to their word, the AMAZING cream tea arrived at 9.30am this morning. My husband was a delighted! The cornish pasties were fresh and delicious and the scones were buttery and light. It was presented beautifully and I will be seeking to purchase some more cornish tea bags...loved them.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from here. Food is amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure the delivery was here for fathers day....very much appreciated.

Shocking customer service. Father’s Day gift ordered over a month ago for delivery yesterday. All day yesterday I was expecting a call from my Dad to tell me it had arrived. Nothing. Sent an email to the company and received a blanket response telling me they had been let down. Surprised after reading this that there had been no communication from the company and nothing on their website to warn this had been an issue. Looking at the tracking, my Dad’s parcel has been at Plymouth RM depot since Friday. There is no way I am letting a man in his 80s risk eating that and even the scones will be like bullets. I’m fortunate that I leave close by to him so can now get him a replacement gift. So I have just suffered disappointment and financial loss. I imagine it has been more of an issue for others. Really poor show.

Order weeks in advance to arrive on the 14/05/25 but no fathers day box arrived. I waited in on the Saturday expecting to take delivery only to receive an email later that night to say hundreds of people haven't received their boxes as problem with second delivery and they were hoping to deliver the following day.

However this has not helped me as I had to go to a meal with father empty-handed and explain I had been let down. I couldn't find an alternative gift as the email notification came through so late last night I couldn't purchase anything else.

It's my first time using the company and feel totally let down. I have asked for refund through PayPal but the company could of been better at communicating much earlier. I won't be in to receive any parcel today if it comes so the good will perish in the Sun and I specifically asked for Saturday for meal that evening and waited in.

I ordered a Father's Day pasty and scone box and asked for it to be delivered on 14th June (today), ready for Father's Day tomorrow. However, it didn't arrive. I emailed when I realised it wasn't going to arrive today, and got an autoreply saying that "hundreds" of boxes weren't delivered because their courier didn't get it to the Royal Mail on time. Apparently it's been sitting in the Plymouth Royal Mail depot since Thursday. I know it has an ice pack, but hoping that it's still edible when it does arrive... Reading other reviews, others have had an issue with non-delivery or wrong delivery, so I'd say be careful ordering something for a special occasion, as this company don't seem too organised.
