Thank you for your order, we quote 10 working days for the dispatch of personalised orders as it involves an additional kiln firing and work so it does take a bit longer. From checking your order it was sent on the 9th working day.

Superb beautifully made product, really well wrapped for delivery and prompt service. I absolutely love my multi coloured and summer rose breakfast plates thank you. They will brighten my meal times and make me smile using them. It would only be made better if the stamp on the reverse was a little darker and clearer but this is a minor point and does not detract from the quality of the plates themselves.
