If I could give this company no stars I would we placed an order on the 2nd of September for some pasties it is now the 1st of October and I still have not received them it took ages to even get a response from the company regarding why the delivery was delayed we were promised delivery today there has been no dispatch notice from DPD so I assume they won’t be arriving.
It is simply not acceptable to take money and not supply the goods and to add insult to injury you are constantly advertising by email at least one a day!
trying to get people to purchase more of these pasties that you’re not shipping
You should give more attention to retaining your current customers than trying to bring on board and you will miss you certainly lost a regular customer in us.

The cream tea arrived as promised and in excellent condition. The scones, conserve and clotted cream were of excellent quality.

Without going into specifics, I've ordered four times and had three faultless deliveries. Sadly I made an error on one order and nobody picked it up in time to sort it out. They have made amends though, so all is good in the end.

Ordered 23rd September until now 29th September no updates at all. Money gone, have emailed twice with no reply. They’re FB non existent. Looking very shady to me. Only way to contact is email, no phone number. Hmmm

The scones were just in date and dry very disappointing. Tescos finest scones would have been much better.

Bought this for a poorly relative who has recently come out of Hospital, and who had very little appetite for food whilst in Hospital. I sent it to him as a pick me up, in the hope it would help get his appetite back after the poor food served up to him in hospital.
Needless to say, it was very well received by him and his wife, and they both said how much they enjoyed their cream tea. I would like to thank you so very much for helping him back on the road to recovery.

They deserve nil stars. I ordered on 6th sept 2022, I received confirmation email same day & money was taken same day. I have had no order arrive no communication from cornwall hamper store or DPD
Why are they not answering any of my emails all this month & if you call a recorded message tells you they are not taking phone calls & please email. I am wondering if they are still operating??

Poor quality product and not at all what was expected. Certainly not of a quality to want to order again! Sorry

My lion aunt (a term coined by poet Stevie Smith) attended the funeral of her eldest daughter just days before her own 93rd birthday. Not surprisingly she didn't feel much like celebrating but 93 is a grand age and she's my last aunt standing, albeit on a walker, and she needed a treat. This was it. She gave one scone to her youngest daughter and saved three for herself and thoroughly enjoyed them. I am so pleased. She said "you know how to bring a smile to my lips" . I'd treated my mother to one earlier. There's no frills about the packaging such as a fancy box and packing straw but it's really good value - on offer when I ordered both. We all need the occasional treat and no more so than in this beleaguered age . Let us eat cake? No, scones with great jam and the definitive clotted cream, me 'andsome.

The scones were lovely and clotted cream made a super afternoon tea. I did enjoy the corniche tea not too strong but nice refreshing flavour just had holiday in Bude so brought back lovely memories

Ordered for friends, o lol bed the afternoon tea and arrived exactly on time.

Poor value for money. Dry scones. Wish I had not bothered as brought two boxes as a treat! It was no treat!

Delivery was very fast. Ordered Thursday morning, arrived Friday.
The jam was delicious, the cream was thick and creamy. The scones, sad dry and disappointing. Also only dated until Monday. Very short shelf life.

Well packed and delivered on time. Excellent produce especially the tea bags
