let down by Courier
Sadly Coronet were let down by their choice of couriers. Firstly they said they had attempted delivery twice but left no card or the items with either of my neighbours. Saying they needed advice on 'safe place to leave' - there is a note on my door with instructions :-( The 3rd attempt item was left but the tub was split - coronet refused to redeliver a replacement as the courier had experienced problems & just gave a refund. Extremely dissappointed, my address isnt difficult to find but some satnavs send you to the other side of road which is a dead end- but with additional instructions its not a problem. Free linseed treats were nice touch but horses werent keen :-/

As you know we had problems with the courier service delivering your items, they attempted delivery on three separate occasions over a 10 day period. As you described to us in your previous emails you have had this issue before where couriers struggle to find your property. We were able to offer you a replacement order free of charge however to a different address, which you did not provide so instead we provided you a full refund on your order.
