They recently added a new character…

They recently added a new character named Siana to 3on3 and I would like them to remove her mvp scene, character animation and hair style due to the stereotype that she perpetuates about black women primarily in America. Single black motherhood is not a way of life that should be promoted or have light shined on it through a game such as 3on3. You have no Asian characters with children knowing how plentiful they reproduce over in Asia no, you have Idols n gamers. You have no white women, men or black men with children but the second you guys have the opportunity you make a single black mother. Take all those stereotypes that you gave her, away. It's disgusting and very distasteful to promote on such a heavily used platform but not do it to your people knowing that could be any races circumstances.

Joycity crypto scam

Joycity scams people to get money...they had a game called Gunship battle crypto conflict (now removed from playstore) that people spent so much in upgrading to get crypto but then they just changed the name of the game to gunship battle total warfare and changed some features and removed crypto altogether. It's exactly the same concept game that works slightly different...why take away what people paid for?

I jave played joycity pirates of the Caribbean tides of war game since 2017

I jave played joycity since 2017 since the tides of war inception. This past year has been horrendous. Ny email was locked out through the game classed as anomoly it took 6 months to correct this anomoly and now today I receive a notification "captain we are sorry we have noticed a anomoly on certain packs in the game store we will fix this as soon as humanly possible. Today is upgrade day and if you think a simple apology will serve to placate me then you seriously underestimate my patience. Something always goes wrong when carribean pass day is released. I have lost a full 24 hours not being able to upgrade to the standard I have become accustom. All this time your fellow South koreans are upgrading as if packs will be getting rationed because the store they buy fron is working also they get 30% discounts on packs bought compared to the rest of the world... this is classed as discrimination as you are giving your fellow countrymen a unfair advantage Asking for a friend. are you breaking international laws?

Do not Play any of there games

Unfortunately Joycity as a company has several problems but mostly it comes down to company culture and poor customer service. I have played Pirates of the Carribean for a number of years and over that time it became clear that there whole culture is to take your money and take as much of it as possible while at the same time providing you the minimum amount of service. If they make "improvements" to the game it is alway to take away player benefits and charge more money for items. As with all games they also make programming mistakes sometimes. If a player accidentally takes advantage of the mistake or "glitch" like being awarded extra items then they ban that player. In other words it is a Joycity mistake but they punish the players for it. When a player makes a mistake and contacts customer service they always say sorry and start quoting you terms of service that basically say you have no rights and they can do whatever they want. They never, ever help you unless it affects the Korean players or if it affects so many players that they have no choice but to provide some meager compensation.
They also have very short time limits on receiving rewards. So you if you play the game and win an item they try to limit the time you can retrieve it with the hope that you dont. Bottom line is they try to trick you to cheat you. That is a poor company culture and lousy customer service. Do your self a favor and avoid all their games.

POTC ToW...GMs are biased

POTC ToW...GMs are biased, they let Korean players get away with everything, like swearing, abusing people and demeaning entire nations on server chat.

Even when proof is supplied by means of screenshots that show what they are saying translated to English, which is what most of the server speaks, reads and writes.

Then GMs then say we have to show the Korean version of the screenshot, which makes no sense at all, first of all because most of the server read the English translation, secondly because the screenshot was made long before (because GMs take so long in responding).

This is not in accordance with what JOYCITY Corp claims in the App Store, namely 'This game officially supports English'.

Maybe it is time to re-evalute the GMs and their work.

Make this game fun to play please.

Extremely unhappy and they lack customer service

Hi

I love pirates of the Caribbean so it was just the right call for me to download the game.

in the beginning it was tough as you get to learn the game but then I start to enjoy the game and fell in love with the game.

I also made a few good friends on the game. I decided to start spending money on the game in a server I found to be extremely fun. I had to delete the one account as I did not want the rss to be taken when the shield drops as gold was hard to find and hence now hard again. You can restore the captain once so I was safe.

then over the festive season I decided to spend money on two big accounts as a present for myself. the items received for the money spend had no value as it is the same items received for a player not spending money. I had to delete these two as well as a protective measurement due to no other means in protection unless using the shields. the messages I got was a captain can be deleted once and these two had zero deletions.

I recovered the one account prior and when I wanted to recover my two big accounts I got an email stating these has been deleted before which is untrue. I also requested that they move Both these accounts to a different server as to get some form of value for the money spend. till today they decline and do not even bother to come to some aid.

I can understand if no money was spend but as you know with the pandemic money is tight worldwide and this was as a festive season present for myself.

they lack understanding and definitely lack customer service.

I still have accounts with the game as I am there to chat with my friends I made there.

however I feel that all they could do was to honour the request at least.

with all that is said and countless emails going back and forth I really hoped that the developer would at least take some pride in his company and pride in his customers spending real money especially over these tough times.

all I can do now is to warn all others not to spend real money on any of Joycity's games as they do not honour you as a customer.

and I hope that Joycity will be able to rectify the mistakes they have made as to keep their loyal customers and keep them happy.

I will change my point of view if they are willing to come with solutions to my concerns but till then I will use all avenues necessary to warn those who I can.

Kind Regards
a very unhappy customer

Only played 3 of the mobile games but…

Only played 3 of the mobile games but they are very P2W. Uncharted wars i quit playing that after about an hour.
Played pirates of the Caribbean: ties of war, spend about 40 bucks and two day's later a guy joins and spends over 2,000 dollars. After about half a month of play he just been wiping everyone and there is no way to transfer game servers once your past a certain level. So i gave up the game, no one was safe.

The one game i keep coming back to is Game of Dice since i like the play style. But it is slightly pay to win. There are must have skill cards, characters, goods items. New players get a choice draw free for the first time which gives you a bulk of cards to get you started. It is the 4th anniversary and the deal pack says it worth 299.99 dollars but it is slashed out saying it is now worth 4.99 dollars which is shady. Then you have time limited deals, few say they are worth 599.99 dollars but is worth 99.99 dollars right now. It's strange how everything has an very outrageous price saying they are on sale for limited time for this price which still feels outrageously high. only thing that seem fair are under the special discount item tab. I still like the game and it's getting little better each year and it is very different than it was first released which is great.

I give it 3 stars because i keep coming back to Game of Dice even if it is only for a week to a month at a time. Minus 2 stars because how p2w the games can be, how boring they can get fast, strange pricing in "game of dice".
