Nick Kowalski and Radona Lujan are great in helping and getting the solution done very great job very happy with everything that got done i will recommend them to anyone thanks keep up the great work always responds fast to messages and calls and we’re always on top of everything great

Lifeline for our small business

We entered the dark underworld of MCAs and seriously needed help navigating back to the light. Kimberly and Margaret are expert, patient and steadfast guides. We are grateful to them beyond measure. They listened and encouraged us when we hesitated, grew anxious, doubted, even despaired. They manage two accounts for us. One just settled with the second soon to follow. It is such a relief. We were reluctant to ask for help, but we could not deal with negotiations on our own and successfully operate our daily business. They will help you. They are listening. The process takes time. Their fees are worth it. Enlisting an objective party, one not emotionally tied to you or your business, to negotiate will result in a more favorable settlement. That was our experience anyway. Thank you, CCS. Kimberly and Margaret are corporate angels.

They will sell you a sweet story of…

They will sell you a sweet story of redemption from MCAs. However their communication through the process is lacking and they'll charge you an arm and a leg well beyond the contract of your MCAs which will end up putting you into bankruptcy. MCA lenders are snakes no doubt stay away from them at all costs - wish I would have, but this company will ensure they put you into the ground.

In the response below they claim I have "saved" over $119k. In six months they've taken over $60k in fees to themselves and have only settled ONE of the MCAs they were claiming to be working on while collecting over $119k FROM me. Their fees changed well after the initial estimate from their error and now I'm paying for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Further, they do not resolve issues; they prolong them as much as possible. When demanding they resolve issues created as being a part of their service, "Don't use [them], problem solved." Is apparently an appropriate response. This is the service you get for $60k in their pockets.

Oh, and future readers, PLEASE try calling the number in the response. You'll see why the other bad reviews exist.

Excellent Customer Service

I'm giving this rating because of Deborah G., who is a Quality Assurance Manager. There was some confusion with my account and I was upset. Deborah called me back and was the kindest person. She sensed my frustration and listened to me vent. After she allowed me to calm down, she explained the program better to me. She handled my concerns and situation like a professional. I am completely satisfied with my service I received.
