I purchased 2 six month supplies for this product. My husband had an adverse reaction. When my supply was gone I continued with his. It was purchased in Dec. of 2023. Now it is 11 months later. NO improvement. I e- mailed them about a guaranteed refund but that has been totally ignored. I wasted $500.00 on this worthless product. I think it is a scam. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have my packing slip and all of the empty bottles.
Some feedback about a refund from the company would be helpful. If you are going yo promise a refund then GIVE IT. l haven't contacted the B.B.B yet,but will do that soon.

Absolute junk, no noticeable change whatsever. Please avoid at all costs

I ordered six bottles of Cortexi on 29 March 2024. After using them as prescribed through four bottles, I contacted the customer service department of Cortexi and said I was very disappointed in their product. It did not help my long time (more than 30 years) tinnitus at all. After a couple of email exchanges, they said I was not eligible for a refund on the money back guarantee because I exceeded the 90 period. Their 90 day period is very interesting because they recommend using it for 90 days to get maximum results but yet if you exceed the 90 days, you cannot get a refund if it doesn’t work. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely not. I give it 0 stars.

I have had tinnitus for years. I tried many different medications, and none made it completely go away. I had my doubts about cortexi. But after the third bottle. For the first time in years I experienced complete silence. I stopped taking it after the 3rd bottle about 6 months ago an the tinnitus has not returned.

Wasted $317 on this useless product. I took the product per the accompanying instructions and - after continuing treatment for the entire period there has been no improvement! I called about a refund at the two month point and was told that I was outside the sixty-day window. Don't waste your time.

I just used up my supply. I used this stuff for 6 months for a mild case to tinnitus. My left ear which had ringing off and on more often did not improve and feels like it got worse. My right ear which hardly ever had ringing is ringing more often. I contacted support and they told me I needed to take it longer......

It has done nothing for my tinnitus. It costs a great deal of money. False hope.

I tried the formula for 3 months i.e. twice per day under the tongue. After 3 months my tinnitus was just the same as before the 3 months. The produce did nothing to reduce the symptom.

What a Con Job !!

I bought Cortexi in mid August 2023, and during check out was upsold from 3 bottles (3 months) to 12 bottles (12 month). I received my order in early Sept.

I called regarding the order because 12 bottles is actually 2 years' supply. The bottle says 1ml per day.. it's a 60 ml bottle = 60 days. SO, I WAS NOT ONLY UPSOLD TO 12 mos. I WAS UPSOLD TO 2 YRS. The guy on the phone casually says take it twice per day. Bottle says don't exceed the recommended dosage.

IT DOES NOT FIX TINNITUS. The Astronaut part of the video was all smoke and mirrors.

The video said 90 day guarantee. Customer service guy says only 60 days.

I continued using Cortexi hoping it might finally work.

In Feb I opened a bottle and it tasted a bit spicy. Hmm, it was clear so I used it figuring an ingredient was either mis-measured or more potent than usual.

Today I opened a bottle, but the liquid was milky. Not giving that a try.

Called Customer service. She sounded like she had more interest taking a drag on her cigarette than helping a customer and gave me a "Too bad, so sad kind" of answer, adding a "what do you expect? You bought it in August !" kind of jab. Really ? IF IT GOES BAD IN 6-7 MONTHS WHY ARE THEY SELLING ME 2YRS WORTH ?

BE FOR-WARNED ABOUT CORTEXI. POOR PRODUCT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT, POOR QUALITY CONTROL, POOR GUARANTEE.

If zero stars was an option, I would use that rating.

This product did not work. I returned several bottles for a refund as promised and never heard a thing back from Cortexi. NO REFUND.

It does not work period. It is a scam. That guy that tells you all of the B.S. on the video should have a serious accident. He is a lier. This company starts out with an ASTRONAUT BRAIN HACK THAT SILENCES RINGING EARS. I thought that they had discontinued the advertising due to the fact it is a scam.

Customer service at this company is abysmally poor. I ordered product, received an tracking number and my credit chard was charged. However when checking the tracking number with the carrier, the status is that the carrier has not received the package. Numerous follow-up emails to customer service have them telling me to check status with the carrier. Yeah, the one that did not receive their package.

I tried cortexi for 75 days and it did not work for me. I have been trying to get my money back and it has been taking a bit. At first they said they would give me 50% refund immediately and I could the rest of the product. I said no and then they offered me 60% immediately and to keep the product. Why would I want something that clearly does not work for me. I sent it back and now it takes up to 30 days for them to get my 100% refund back. That is where I'm at right now waiting. I don't see how a company can be in business like this. I would not recommend this product to no one.

I have been using Cortexi for about 3 months now, and unfortunately, I have to conclude that the product does not meet my expectations. I invested in a total of 6 bottles, as it seemed to be a really good deal. Sadly, I now feel stupid for having spent my money on this product.

After several months of use, I have experienced no positive effects from Cortexi. I have tried contacting their customer service, hoping to get assistance in understanding if I am doing something wrong with the intake. Unfortunately, I still have not received a response from them. It is frustrating that they show no interest in helping their customers, especially considering the amount of money I have spent on the product.

Furthermore, they do not offer the option to return the items, as it has been more than 60 days since the purchase. Even though I may be unsure if they would have accepted a return shipment if I had contacted them within the 60-day period, I still feel cheated and disappointed by their lack of flexibility.

All things considered, I would not recommend Cortexi to others. Based on my personal experience, I can only conclude that it is a waste of money and does not live up to the promised results. Save your money and invest in something else that can help improve your mental performance.

BEWARE CORTEXI IS A SCAM!!

I spent $1250. For year supply of tinnitus drops & 2 supplements. I contacted them to return them. Then they tried to get me to keep them if they refunded 50%, then it went up to 60%. I told them they didn’t work & I wanted to return them. I was well within the guarantee timeframe for refund. I sent used & unused bottles as instructed.
They got a series of emails from Click Bank totaling about 1/3 of what they owed me. I found that was posted to wrong credit card. I’ve been fighting with them for 2 months. They now are not returning email replies or phone calls. Order was placed 10/30/23. I started contacting them 3 weeks after they finally arrived. I returned returned everything 12/12/23.
I originally ordered 3 months. Within minutes I got a call to set me up for the drops plus 2 different supplements for a year. The guy said he’d be in close touch with me to see how things were going. Of course I never heard from him again.
I’ve started fraud report with my credit card company. Today I started a case with our state attorney general.

No medicinal content. How can you cure a medical problem with herbs?

Bought three bottles of Cortexi at the end of August 2023 and used all three as directed. I did not receive any relief from my tinnitus. Very disappointed. Not worth the money spent. I would not recommend this product. Live and learn.

The product does nothing when I asked about the 100% guarantee I was told to buy more and keep trying

Instantly, received phone calls from NewYork, NY trying to upsell me. Refused to cancel order. Shipped out really fast to avoid cancelation. Didn't send me a link for return. 177.00 life mistake, but I will try it. If it works I will be a lifetime advocate. If it doesn't, I will be someone's nightmare. Promise that.
