I have been suffering with insomnia for three months and my GP refused to do a cortisol test. I now have results, to take to my GP!

I Messed up on the activation of my kit, however with the help of the Support Team they quickly resolved my error!

The results of my hair test were incredibly informative, and the phone consultation discussing such results was exceptionally helpful. I was kept informed at every step, from submission of the hair sample and postal tracking, to confirmation when my hair sample arrived at the facility, and even updates on when to expect my results. The entire process was very transparent, and I truly appreciate the clear communication throughout. I decided to use cortigenix as found out you could have track of 3 months cortisol levels in your body, through a hair sample, instead of having a single snap-shot result through a saliva one.
Instructions were easy to follow to collect and send the sample and results came back within the time frame I was given.
Also I appreciate they offer a free phone consultation afterwards to discuss about your results.
Dr. Adam was very helpful in answering my questions and giving me extra informations and contacts for further follow ups I might be interesting in having.

Excellent service and some real life changing results. I took a test after finding out all I needed to do was send a hair sample, and my doctor was not able to give me answers as to why I was feeling the way I was.

Over the last few weeks I have emailed them twice with enquiry, no response, so did their online form ditto, and left two phone messages ditto. I have lost all confidence that this is a trustworthy company and can’t understand how others have managed to communicate with them.

At the end of last year, I tested with Cortigenix due to a challenging period with my health and ongoing issues, during which I had been misdiagnosed multiple times. I was dreading seeing my GP, as all they seemed to focus on were blood tests.

I came across Cortigenix online, ordered the kit, and provided a hair sample. After sending it back with the provided envelope, I received my results within 10 working days. The report showed my average cortisol level over a three-month period.

Since my results indicated low cortisol, I was given a phone consultation with Dr. Massey. Dr. Massey was thorough, reassuring, and compassionate throughout the process.

I’ve since shared the report with my GP, who agreed with the findings and has referred me to a specialist.

Adam was amazing at providing me with tracking updates and how long it would be before i got my results, which I did which he went through with me on a call. He answered all my questions thorougly and explained everything. The advice was very detailed and precise with backed up evidence including a site I can use for any research. :) would definetly reccomend to anyone that wants to find out about their cortisol levels as this is done with your hair rather than a blood, urine or saliva test. I am happy I did this test as I am not particularly fond of needles and it was good to know that there are other ways which are scientifically proven to give more accurate results.

Adam was amazing throughout. Updated me about tracking and delivery. You get a login to check your results and the follow up phone call is very in depth and I feel like I have learnt a lot from it. Ordering another test next month to get more in depth analysis. Fascinating

I had asked my GP for a Cortisol test, after a year of trauma. He saw no need. My levels turned out to be very high after having the 3 month hair analysis completed. Adam then offered to send a pdf file to me to share with my GP, so that he would see the result for himself, and hopefully also refer me to an Endocrinologist.
I spoke to Adam all the way through, he was extremely passionate, polite, helpful and knowledgeable about all that his work entails.

First of all, this is the only company that does cortisol hair testing for individual consumers! This is revolutionary and an incredible benefit for patients with cortisol-related disorders. Cyclical Cushings to Adrenal PCOS are so difficult to confirm because cortisol levels can follow a completely unique pattern that can't be captured by a point-in-time test. Cortigneix provides an invaluable service to see the average cortisol levels over 80 days. This has helped my family to (a) identify our kids high cortisol levels and, surprisingly, confirm that saliva and blood cortisol tests for me were true, and I have low cortisol levels. Both my kid and I had the same symptoms but such different causes. Extra stars go to the unparalleled level of customer service we were provided. I had the cortisol over time test to supplement conventional cortisol tests provided within the health service. This test was easy to do and the results came back quickly.

Dr. Adam Massey has created a wonderful product that hopefully will help diagnose individuals who have been missed by standard cortisol testing. Dr. Massey is a kind and extremely knowledgable individual. Cortisol hair testing should become the standard of care for diagnosing endocrine problems.

I have found Cortigenx to be incredibly beneficial as it confirmed some of the concerns I was having with physical and psychological symptoms that I had struggled with that had gotten progressively worse over time.

After taking this test I learned that my hair was fully saturated to the point where it was higher than the 95th percentile for this test. The range measures 0.0 - 53.7 pg/mg and my results were 66.0 pg/mg.

Their user-friendly kit provided clear instructions on the required thickness and length of the hair sample for accurate results.

Armed with a report indicating excessively high levels, I gave it to my doctors who prescribed medication to bring my cortisol levels back to a manageable range. I am already witnessing positive changes and feel immense gratitude for having this valuable reference at my disposal.
