Ordered a fancy dress costume and paid. 20 minutes later I emailed them to cancel the order as I had found a better one on their website that I wanted instead. 6 hours later, I received and email saying that the order had already been despatched, so they couldn't issue a refund. The website clearly states that all orders will be refunded in full if cancellation is made with 24 hours of placing the order. My cancellation was 19 minutes after ordering, yet they still despatched it anyway and told me no refund was possible.

They ignore their own stated company policy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Purchased 2 items in plenty of time for my sons birthday.

Items didn't arrive fir hid birthday so I told him the gifts should be with us any day now. I contacted the company and they advised they hadn't dispatched yet as this would take a further 8 to 15 days on top of the 10 days I had already waited.

Company advised there was a preparation time of 8 to 10 days thrn a further dispatch time scale of 8 to 15 days

Far far too long to wait for an item Purchased.

I complained to Company and they just said it will be on its way next week. Then the next email I got was a notification of a refund WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR as I had already told my son the gifts were on their way.

My son now very disappointed as he was looking forward to the gifts.

Like another reviewer has stated, Chinese company posing as a UK one. Ordered a costume in a bigger size because their sizing is all over the place. Arrived and was still massively wrong. So wanted to return to exchange for larger size (hopeful). They had the cheek to suggest I sell it on ebay instead of returning it and they would give me 15%discount on a new one. So they can keep my money and then get even more of my money. After saying no I want to return which came out my own pocket £60 following all their instructions so they can avoid fees for customs, off to China it went. Now they claim they cannot collect it and said I should try get it returned so they could give me a bit more of a refund. Clearly a dodgy company that make things cheap and roll in the money from people that happen to have issues with their costume. Note I'm a medium but ordered a large. The trousers didn't even get past my thighs and I'm not a muscular guy!

Be very wary ordering from here! They will fill you false hope your order will arrive for when required and then advise differently days before this is required, regardless of the fact its ordered in plenty of time to arrive when needed and advised it would be shipped by the end of one week to then be told its still being processed the following week!

The site has a good range of costumes from various fandoms, however they should update what sizes they have available. I wanted to buy an MK1 Smoke cosplay in XXL, however they had only XL, I was refunded and given a discount. Eventually I managed to get an XXL Sub Zero cosplay which arrived fairly quickly once I asked for a code.

If you wish to buy in larger sizes double check with them before doing so, they should see what they have and adjust their site. That said I was given answers within 24hrs or less and are professional.

I got Shadowhearts (BG3) camp outfit. It arrived quickly, which was great.

The trousers in the game are tight-fitting, while the ones from Coshd had a loose fit on the bottom. I tailored those to fit my leg, and I tailored it at the waist to fit tighter there. (it was the right size around my hips and thighs, I just have one of those bodies)

The top has a very low cut front (which is accurate) and I taped it down to my body for a photoshoot to keep it in place. I would recommend wearing a bodysuit underneath it if you were to wear it to a convention.

I'm happy with it- but the trousers needed tailoring to be more accurate to the game.

Son is very happy with his Wonka costume (from the recent Timothy Chalamet movie). Costume is very good quality and it arrived within the delivery window. Yulia’s communication was very good and prompt too. Would use COSHD again.

This is an amazing store! I got my item super fast and it was great quality. It was a Star Trek uniform dress and better than expected. I would order from Coshd again for sure.

Don't buy from this shop! Chinese scamers! We bought a costume 15th of February for a world book day and still haven't received it! No update all this time. They let down little girl who was planning to wear this costume tomorrow. Avoid this shop is you want to avoid disappointment!

Chinese scammer posing as a UK company. I ordered a Jedi costume and even paid extra for fast delivery. Never saw the costume, nor my money back.

COSHD UK blamed the delivery service for losing the parcel and offered to return 60% of the money IF I delete my review and keep quiet. That may work in China, mate, but here we have something called freedom of speech. You should try it.

Like many other parents I wanted to be ahead for World Book Day on the 7th of March so ordered 2 costumes early for my son and daughter. I ordered on February 12th 2024 with the costumes arriving separately. The first arrived in good time on the 20th February and was in brand new condition and looked great on my son. I was surprised that both the items ordered were not together but was excitedly waiting for the second, which was a Cruella De Ville Coat dress costume. It took awhile to arrive but according to tracking 4 days later than the last costume. Super excited that it had arrived on time for World Book Day I opened the package to find that the brand new costume that I ordered was in used packaging, and had a disgusting huge yellow stain on the right side shoulder with the white background and black spots. Being a brand new costume, how this passed quality control I will never know. I emailed the customer service team for Coshd straight away as I was disgusted and fuming as this should have never happened. Their response has been poor. After explaining over and over that the item was needed for World Book Day, It's only as of today 4th March they want to send a replacement which will obviously not arrive on time. At present I have one unhappy little girl because of her costume. I have never written a bad review before but had to as it has been an awful experience with this company. It's sad because I looked at the reviews prior to ordering and didn't believe them but I now do. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a costume, did my measurements and looked up size guide to order correct size. When the costume arrived it did not fit. I went back into the site and found two different size guides for the costume. The waist measurement is correct on one size guide and the bust measurement correct on the other size guide. Therefore, the sizes are not as advertised. I have contacted the company and had several e-mails from Yulia. They will not refund me fully as they don’t think they are at fault. I have had to pay £19 shipping back to China at my expense to get a refund. This is when the senders address on the label is in the UK? The stitching quality is poor and material frayed so not impressed at all. Avoid!

Trunchbull costume was very well made with lots of details a good fit and arrived in good time

DO NOT ORDER - Placed an order early Feb for World Book Day. Stated on website immediate dispatch, order sat for 3 weeks with no progress despite chasing, only just sent today on 14 day shipping (though they promised expedited delivery due to their delays). Waste of money as item won't arrive in time now. Comms with them are misleading too. AVOID!
