I didn’t get any tracking information, but postal arrived in 4th day after order, safely packed, with sample and peace of jewelry even. Very good prices- original product. I can truly recommend it!

I ordered and pacco rabanne for her

I ordered and pacco rabanne for her, and paid and add my address but forgot to put my email address to track it and now I don’t know is it on the way or did I just get scammed, it’s gonna be Christmas gift but I don’t think anyone gets back to email and calls.

Excellent service

Delivery to the Netherlands took a little longer than I'm used to (my order was delivered within 10 days), but my contact with Cosma's customer service and the eventual delivery went splendidly. Top marks, Cosma, and many thanks!

It’s a scam

It’s a scam! Big scam BIG SCAM BIG SCAM. EMPTY PACKAGE
They sent me the package empty. No product inside, just papers and the invoice. I picked it up like this from point relay. Instead of helping they ask for my ID documentation in order to claim it to the shipping company. Dont ever give your ID to them. They are not trustful at all. Awful awful experience. Just because they are a bit cheaper, it doesn’t worth it.

Horrible

Horrible
Received a piece of dry bread instead of parfume
After that the shop instead of supporting reqiested all kind of legal documents in French with copies of ID and still no solution

Didn't receive an order confirmation email or tracking number.

I ordered some serum cream yesterday and I haven't received any email response or confirmation of my order. There is no order number or anything I can see where the sender is. I tried to send emails but they won't connect. They won't fix anything. They asked me back what my order number is but I don't have it. This is the problem. They deducted the money from my account but I haven't received any confirmation email.

Received wrong item and damaged package

I picked up my package from a pickup point today after ordering a YSL perfume. When I opened it, the packaging was damaged, and instead of the YSL perfume I ordered, there was a Giorgio Armani sample inside. Really disappointing experience, especially for a first order. I’ve reached out to customer service and hope they can sort this out quickly.

DO NOT BUY HERE

DO NOT BUY HERE, they offer products at a slightly lower price than normal (to appear in the first options of google) and then cancel your orders 3 days later (in these days they have had your money retained).
The explanation of the cancellation? The product is not available.
It’s a lie because if you are still on the web, when you send them a message saying that they are lying to you, which is not true, they answer that it is true, that they were wrong in the price.

No professionalism, and they don’t care to cheat and play with customers.

The products I received does not match…

The products I received does not match with the ones I ordered and the ones are shown in their website. I want to return them and refund. I did not open the package, even sealed them. I send at least ten photos of the not-opened products. but, even after six mails, COSMA Parfumeries Customer service keeps asking photos from different angles to accept the refund. They do not accept accountability for their mistake even if I shared all the evidence, even the screenshots of their website and photos!!
