In September 2024, I underwent a hair transplant at Cosmedica Clinic in Istanbul, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

The customer service was outstanding—from the first online consultation to the post-surgery follow-ups, the staff were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt supported throughout the entire journey.

When I arrived in Istanbul, the hospitality was amazing. I was warmly welcomed at the airport, and everything was perfectly organized—from transportation to hotel accommodation. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology.

Excellent and super-organized company. I highly recommend it. I was treated by the responsible guy from Italy Mücahit (a truly kind guy), who assisted me from before the surgery, describing the treatment and the various packages to me in detail via WhatsApp. Even today, two months after the surgery, they are available to assist me with any questions or concerns, and I am truly happy and satisfied. My experience with Cosmedica in Istanbul was exceptional from beginning to end. I was picked up at the airport and driven straight to their world-class facility, where I stayed in a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the same building—an incredibly convenient and well-thought-out setup. I had 5,300 hair grafts done and also took advantage of their dental services. They performed a deep cleaning, whitening, and extracted a tooth that had been knocked loose in a recent training accident—all handled with care and precision.

Before choosing Cosmedica, I researched three other clinics—two in the U.S. and one in the UK—and none came close in terms of professionalism, transparency, and overall experience. While not the cheapest option, Cosmedica was by far the best. Highly recommend! Five stars!

I had very good experience with the clinic. Excellent customer services and procedure was very long and professional.

I went to the clinic in January 2024 and now, after 1 year and 6 months, I have achieved the complete result. With two sessions spread over two consecutive days, 5400 grafts were extracted, covering the frontal area and part of the anterior region. The result is in line with my expectations, especially considering my scalp’s tendency to develop dermatitis.

With my curly hair, I got a very natural hairline and a decent coverage of the affected area (nobody is nothing what I ve done) I would recommend the clinic and suggest following carefully all the treatments indicated in detail throughout the entire healing process.

My recent experience with having a hair transplant with Cosmedica has been first class from day one. I researched many clinics and narrowed it down to five. I have been contemplating on having a hair transplant and after months of searching for the right clinic and services, I finally had it done! Cosmedica delivered! Being in a different country is definitely hard when you talk about planning and consultation. But it does make a huge difference if the coordinator is as great as having been in a face to face interaction. Kudos to Mr. Furkan of Cosmedica! Mr. Furkan also went above and beyond when at the day of my departure (was already at the airport) I realized I left my back pack at the hotel. Some important items are in the bag as well as all the after procedure instructions and care packet was there. He called the hotel and was able to communicate with them about the belongings. Was able to get back to me with a plan as to how they can get it. That moment calmed me down and I felt that I’m important and I’m being heard. Not only before and during the procedure but even after and beyond. I’m now back in my home country (post-op day 5) and I have received a copy of all the instructions that I need. I recently had my hair line done at Cosmedica. This was not my first visit, I originally went to get my hair line done in 2024 as I was unhappy with my hair line but the rest of my hair was in tact.
The clinic is amazingly clean and everyone is very professional so the service is exceptional. After 12 months with my new improved hair line I felt it still lacked volume and density so I contacted Ugur via WhatsApp and he was very accommodating, we scheduled my revision treatment without any complexity.

On my second visit I also got my teeth corrected at the same time as my hair line improved.

I am going back to Cosmedica for a 2nd stage hair transplant to up since I have a severe male pattern baldness. To the point I am going back to them shows I have great confidence with their service. I was turned down by other clinic in Istanbul due to the nature of my baldness but Cosmedica did it like a boss without hesitation. I knew my case would require 2 or 3 stage implant due to my limited donor and now I am ready to come back. They are very responsive, professional and extremely helpful.
