Just like all reviews I have read recieved sample am returning it I refuse to pay what they think they are taking from my bank account I will be visiting my bank to close any transactions to this scamming firm its disgusting what they are doing so please anyone out there try ninja cream instead its a lot cheaper.

I should have looked up this review before allowing myself to be scammed with the 'free sample offer'. I am down nearly €400 but will persist until I get my money back. These con artists are a low bunch that must be put out of business.

Please please do not buy the product. This is the biggest fraud and I am surprised how the USA is allowing companies like these to continue ripping off people.

I have a very poor experience with Cosmedique. After my first and only purchase of their product ( which irritation to my skin and eyes ) I noticed a charge of $164 !! When I contacted them they said they charge automatically for a refill and you actually have to contact them to cancel. Not sure what is the legal definition of Fraud but my experience must be very near it. BEWARE of cosmedique.com

Absolutely disgusted and horrified to find a lot of money taken out of my account without authorization. Small print? Will take matter further.

Thanks to everyone who has written a review. It has saved me a lot of hassle and money. The saying is true, ‘ If it’s sounds too good etc.’ I hope others look at Trustpilot reviews before buying.

On 19 May in the morning I found a reminder from Cosmedique that they were about to ship a supply of their cream. The same day and other email announced that the product is shipped and cannot be stopped. I contacted the customer service to query this transaction and got pointed out that I received prior email to warn that the transaction was going to take place.
Further query asking a screen shot of their order page showing that I was getting into an automatic subscription. This was not provided. I checked the page again and this is not showing on it at all. As I am in Denmark there is no way I will return the product. I do like this product as unlike other creams it is very light and this is why I ordered it twice.
The site is very confusing and one cannot see what he/she is getting into.
It shows a box :"Subscribe & Save $40" I surely did not agree with it.
They keep the data of the credit card and debits it without authorization.
This is criminal activity.
After back and forth emails the customer service lady Lisa agreed to refund 73,75 USD.
Only for this I do not recommend this company.

Do not ever ever try this company..
is a cheater....they claimed the product is having disc now... make used of u to buy online... in the end, after 1 mth, they direct deducted the amount of usd$187.50 without telling u...

i have already lodged a police report against them..

A scam if ever I saw one. My wife was offered a free test of a tube. Only needed to pay the postage. A month later they subtract 1300kr from our account “because the goods were not returned”. There was never any mention of a return. In fact she threw it out as it caused a rash.

Maybe the word scam is too harsh, but the company is certainly doing everything possible to make it extra complicated to get your money back.
In the usual very small print they tells you the conditions of this SUBSCRIPTION. What they really do is simply WITHHOLD the payment of the product which you are allowed to try out. Initially they charge you only for the shipping fee.
As soon as they haven't heard from you within a certain period of time, one way or another, you have agreed with the SUBSCRIPTION you have entered into.
And, as a result, they are allowed to send you the product again, and again, and charge you for 5 or even 10 pages of very small print. And that's the whole idea behind this MISLEADING form of online sales.
You not only pay for the Shipping TO you, but also your costs of shipping it back. And when you don't do that by registered mail, you run the risk that it "doesn't arrive" .....
They hope that a large part of the buyers are too lazy to read it, and that they misread the beautifully written sales pages. All they want you to read and remember is that this is a "cream that helps you to create a new look". With "healing ingredients designed to have molecularly charged benefits". The "valued customers may receive unique experiences such as complimentary services". And that the "skin should have almost the same cell density as a 30-year-old" .....
Why do you think that the actual price of the product is kept away until the very last minute? Until the minute you all see yourselves 10 years younger ......

Every Skin Consultant or MD will tell you that creams HELP your skin look better. But it can never compete with surgery.

There are several European countries (e.g. Bulgaria) where a very professional facelift will cost you not more than a 1 - 1,5 years' supply of this product.
Give it a thought, instead of throwing away your money to a cream.

Even WHEN, after many, many months of persistent use, this Cosmedique cream somehow works for you, and gives you a result that vaguely looks like the photos they use, then it will still take permanent 'maintenance' of about 100 $ per month, incl. shipping costs.

A Company whose address is shown merely stated as "Jupiter, FL 33458" doesn't give me much confidence.

I wish you wisdom in your future decisions.
And next time read the small print first!

Read the number of reviews complaining of surprise charges. Clearly the terms of this offer are so intentionally obscure that most people miss them. The INTENTION is to mislead people into thinking they’re receiving a free trial and the HOPE is that people will not be bothered sending back products/fighting unfair charges.
I’ve emailed customer support and had a quick response reminding me that I’d received emails outlining the details of this offer/scam as soon as I’d ordered the product. I searched my emails and found nothing. This company is a big A hole. Contact your credit card operator and request to dispute the charge through your bank on the basis of ‘unauthorised use’ of your card. Don’t bother sending back the product, what can they really do with an open tube of cream? Please answer that Cosmedique - are you selling it on to your regular subscribers? It’s just another stall point before they’re obliged to refund your payment.

Dont get close to them! They will (try) to charge your credit card!!!) Be aware and dont get close to these thieves!!!!

Run away from this offer-- you will be billed the full amount almost as soon as your sample arrives and they will WIN when you try and fight it with your bank/credit card. The product is not that good anyway and certainly not at $ 187.50. RUN AWAY--DO NOT TRY the sample or promo. You will be stuck with a huge bill. Use only American Express that will defend its users!

caused burns on my skin - the company has refused to return me my money not to be trusted they hold your personal information and use it with out your permission be very very wary of this unscrupulous company

I would like to recommend cosmedique,to anyone who takes pride in their appearance. I'm on my second tube and the proof is in the pudding. I'm 57 years old ,my skin is firm and no wrinkles, and when people tell me I look in my thirtys that will do for me.Yes its expensive but it's for your well being,you can't put a price on feeling good about how you look.If cosmedique would asked me to sell this product I would jump at the chance thank you cosmedique

Customer service is NOT. I presently have two phones calling their customer support numbers. I have contacted my bank to stop payment on any further charges, and I have put in a complaint to the company. Product is no better than Clinique,Este Lauder, or any drug store face creams. Have used them all in the past 73 years. I used this product for 2 month like they asked, it did nothing.

Great quality product
My feedback on the wrinkle cream ""Cosmedique"": ""Excellent!"". I have been using this product for six months and I am very satisfied with the result. I think that this cosmetics is not equal in the ratio of ""price-quality."" As for the fight against aging, the effect is noticeable. Really got rid of fine wrinkles, moistened the skin. Highly recommend!"

Great product, the price is little steep but you can subscribe and safe. I'd rate it 5 stars if it was $30 cheaper .

I've been using Cosmedique for three months now. My skin feels so good! Thank you Cosmedique for your excellent product! Recommend to everyone who is looking for alternatives to plastic surgery. A++
