Dure broek gekocht die na een paar keer…

Dure broek gekocht die na een paar keer wassen (cf wasvoorschrift) enorm is verbleekt. Cosmé helaas totaal niet behulpzaam of meedenkend.

Wat jammer dat u dit zo heeft ervaren. U heeft de broek een half jaar gedragen. Aan de foto's was duidelijk te zien dat de broek niet binnenstebuiten is gewassen. De broek wordt ook door ons personeel gedragen voor al een langere periode en we hebben zelfs navraag gedaan bij het merk zelf (zoals u zelf ook al had gedaan). Erg teleurstellend dat wanneer de uitkomst niet naar u zin is wij een slechte review mogen ontvangen.
