My girlfriend received a wrong product

My girlfriend received a wrong product. She offered to be a customer and the support offered full refund after they receive the product. But i helped her with the fox partner and we lost a whole evening without any reason for their mistake. They didnt any offer any kind of compensation for redoing the original order. Those kind of business who take your time without concerns is too avoid. Poor customer service and poor logistic..like everyone know how to use fox !!! Will not order again
