Avoid Dr Lee, very poor attitude to customers
I had a course of BBL laser Treatments with Dr Lee and I can only say what a terrible specialist and person he is. Compared to the other specialists who had done this treatment for me he is very quick and not thorough, the treatments he has done had no results. He is also unethical and unsympathetic person. I do not recommend him to anyone as he treats his patience for disrespect and ineffective as a specialist.

I always feel so welcome at the Stoke Poges clinic. Every one of the staff is courteous and kind. Sylvia is a master at her craft. She knows facial anatomy inside out and will always take a very natural approach when treating. The results for me have been a rested and an age appropriate vitality without looking puffed up or frozen. This has made such a huge difference to my well-being and confidence which has had a knock on effect in other areas of my life. A little gem ....
I never usually leave reviews but this warrants one. I had a cool sculpting treatment with Ria and I have to say I am blown away by the results. It has literally melted away the stubborn fat I have carried around for years. I am so pleased with the results I will be returning for more. Also to note I received a very friendly welcome from the front of house team. All in all the Stoke Poges Cosmetic Skin Clinic is a great find!

I saw your special on Microdermabrasion…
I saw your special on Microdermabrasion Treatment. So, I booked a treatment the friendly Kim lady who explains the procedure. My treatment was Awesome skin felt great. Very happy with Kim. Who then put on Tiffany for laser. I have booked my first laser pigmentation. Tiffany was also helpful with the before products. which I am currently using. Just love them You staff are so welcome and friendly.

My skin looks and feels amazing…
I had a fantastic experience at the clinic in Stoke Poges.All the staff are so warm and friendly and you immediately feel at ease.
I had an in depth consultation with Dr Tracy and Anna Porter to see what would best suit my needs.
I had a session with morpheus 8...treatment and a couple of sessions of dermal fillers.
I am thrilled with the results..I dont think my skin has looked this good for years!

After seeing my review on Trustpilot, they called me to the clinic for a review. I shared my concern about not being happy with the treatment and the result. The specialist said he would talk to his team and get back to me in a few days, but sadly I didn't receive any calls.

Make sure you get the pricing beforehand on the day.
Following a consultation back in April, I attended the London clinic, all was peachy on my arrival, I felt comfortable and had so much confidence in my consultant. However that soon changed when I was told only a little of the filler would be used on this occasion, after the procedure which took all of 3 mins, I was asked to look in the mirror, I could see no change at all, and said so to the doctor, on top of that my bill was double to what I had been quoted, given I was told that not a lot of the filler was used,I felt robbed and cheated, and have wasted £12,050 plus my time.
Although the clinic may have had many successful procedures and happy clients historically, I would advise any one to ask the cost on the day, as apposed to relying on a quote 10 weeks prior.

Sylvia was good
Sylvia was good, very informitive and I felt at ease. Intracel I have had 2 treatments, i cannot see any benefits at the moment to having the treatment . I can see no improvement and my skin is very dry , hence the reason I have not returned for the 3rd treatment as it is expensive and not effective . I was given information that this treatment was designed to improve the texture of my skin and reduce lines rather than having fillers .
Bottom x 2 also disappointing around my eyes .
