The treatment I received was administered with care and expertise. Ultherapy is not a particularly comfortable or relaxing treatment to receive, but Georgina was consistently attentive, making sure that I received the maximum benefits and minimum discomfort. I'm delighted with the results and will certainly repeat the treatment in the future.

I have been going to Dr Christou for a few years now and I cannot speak more highly of her. She has always advised me so well and her treatments have been perfect everytime. For me it was about still looking very natural and fresh and she knows exactly how to do that using small amount of fillers in just the right places . I would never go anywhere else for my fillers and it is worth the travel time of 2 hours each way . Highly highly recommend

I visited the London office for a consultation for some procedures I found online.
I met with Rachel and was so impressed by the fact that she was prepared to say that I shouldn't do any as she felt that I didn't need them. A lot of places would maybe try and sell you on a procedure regardless of whether you needed it pr not.
I was so pleased by her honesty and advice on what she felt was best for me even if that meant I didn't spend any money with them.
When the time comes I'll definitely be using The Cosmetic Skin Clinic just by the fact that I know they'll give me genuine advice based on my best interests.

A few weeks before my sons wedding booked to have Botox on a few places. Sylvia did the treatment, I wanted subtle, However my face looked fat and puffy and my lips looked like a ducks mouth. The day that should have been one of the best days in my life became an embarrassing day for me as family members commented saying ‘you’ve had Botox on your face and lips’. I only wanted a natural lift! I complained about this a few times and only found out after that a follow up appointment should have been booked which wasn’t. I wanted some part of my nearly £4,000 back but i got nothing neither any complimentary offers. The last talk with one of the practice managers was that she wanted me to come in and have a look at my face (and now this had been over a few years!) I asked what for as the treatment hadn’t lasted anyway and my face looked worse. I asked if there would be some sort of compensation as that is what i wanted or at least if not some treatment that i would be happy with. Waste of time! She wasn’t going to offer me anything or my money that was taken off me for a terrible job that affected my confidence! She wanted me to come in to have a look and see what they could do but with a cost! Terrible! I’m not rich but this hefty chunk of my money i feel was stolen off me!!! Unfortunately I am not normally bitter towards anyone or anything but i have been with this company. Now that i see there are reviews I would like to have my honest share!

Jo Christou is BRILLIANT!! I honestly don't think I would ever go elsewhere. I completely trust Jo's opinion, her work is brilliant and she puts you completely at ease and makes procedures straightforward and even relaxing! Highly recommend.

All the staff including receptionists are very welcoming, and helpful .Am always offered tea and coffee on arrival. The consultants are all expert in their fields with the latest treatments but what I particularly appreciate is the fact that they are very honest when discussing expectations .If they think a treatment is not going to be beneficial or suitable they will tell you! There is no "Hard sell". The other bonus is that the consultant that I see will respond quickly and in person to any concerns
