Cosmetics Now never sent the products I paid for and when I requested a refund, they keep saying they have refunded me but the money has never arrived to my account. I kept emailing and eventually the CEO called me and said they were having technical difficulties and he would ensure I was refunded and that the product will be sent out to me for free. I have now received a refund and the product arrived today too. I am disappointed as it shouldn't take this much work to be refunded. Many people would have just let it go. But they have turned my view around and have done the right thing.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience with Cosmetic Now has been so appalling at first , I felt compelled to warn others.
I placed an order that was clearly marked for delivery within 7–8 days. It has now been 18 days, and I’m still waiting. No package. No resolution. No accountability.
Customer service? Practically nonexistent.This is was not just poor service—it’s inexcusable.
However, after I lodged a formal complaint, Murray from Cosmetic Now personally looked into the matter and ensured the delivery was completed. I genuinely appreciate the timely resolution once the issue was escalated, and how Murray’s involvement turned what began as a very bad experience into a better outcome.

While my initial impression was extremely negative, I do want to acknowledge that the complaint was handled effectively once it reached the right person.

“Received my order after about 4 weeks. Was not in stock in Australian Warehouse. Communication was delayed at first but resolved quickly after follow-up. Postal Tracking supplied, Product authentic and well packed.”

I ordered some masks from this platform before, but the parcel was lost . Although it took about one and a half months, the company was very responsible and resent my order. I've now received it. Even though the wait was long, I really appreciate their responsibility and good service, so I'll continue to support Cosmetic Now. Thank you

Good customer service. My order had an issue but I was supported the whiole way through. It is important to have your concerns alleviated. All turned out ok in the end.

Received delivery of order after 6 weeks. Missing one item, one product half empty, and no refund despite repeated emails. I later found many similar reviews and have reported the issue to Consumer Affairs Victoria and the ACCC. Buyers should proceed with caution.

Cosmetics Now is one of the best online beauty stores I’ve ever used. The website is easy to navigate, product range is incredible, and checkout is smooth. Delivery was on time and well-tracked. I’m thrilled with the quality and authenticity of my products — it’s great to find a trustworthy Australian store with such good prices.

Delivery times are terrible and communication is very poor. They do not follow up on lost orders. I will not use this company again and would NOT recommend them for ordering anything online. The delivery times are not clearly stated when you order. It has been 18 days since I ordered and it still says 'processing'.
UPDATE - Cosmetics Now cancelled my order. Without getting a confirmation from me that I wanted them to cancel - I just wanted my ordered items or at least info as to when they would arrive- It's honestly the worst customer relations. I'll never use them again I believe the positive reviews are fake and they block any 1 star reviews

Extremely disappointing experience

It’s been over 3 weeks since I placed my order and still no shipping information. Every time I contact Cosmetics Now, I just get the same copy-and-paste reply telling me to “wait another week.” Their website clearly says 7–12 days delivery, but that’s definitely not the case.

No genuine updates, no effort to resolve the issue , just constant delays and excuses. I won’t be ordering from them again and would strongly caution others to be aware before purchasing.

Wonderful customer service with fast response to my queries and close follow up to my late shipment. Appreciate that it is really a trustworthy and reliable company. Also the product I bought is valued for money. Definitely will shop with them again!

Veena was the one I talked to concerning my order status. I am a little bit frustrated, but she was very helpful and easy to talk to, so I thought I would give it a chance and will patiently play the waiting game. We're hoping that my order will arrive in time 🙏🏼😅

Still no progress on an order placed nearly 5 weeks ago.

*EDIT* item arrived 5 weeks 5 days after ordering!*

The webpage for the product I ordered stated delivery within 7-12 days. I contacted customer service into the 3rd week of not receiving the item, for them to tell me that the item was being delivered from overseas and would be in Australia next week, then sent with priority shipping. They said it clearly states this on the product page, which it absolutely didn’t.

Next week came, and nothing. Emailed customer service several times to ask what was going on, nothing. Tried calling up a number of times during this period, no-one has ever picked up the phone.

Ironically, I initially emailed within a week of ordering to ask if I could add an item to my order and was told that I couldn’t as my order had been processed.

I was aware that delivery times weren’t quick having read previous reviews but alongside the very poor customer service, I would strongly advise against using Cosmetics Now and I will certainly not be using them again.

Dont do it! They don't respond to emails or calls , my order was placed almost a month ago. Tracking stopped at Melbourne 4th october, im in Brisbane , unable to get a update or response. Just pay the extra for things at least you know you'll get it!!

Have left numerous messages for called and email customer service email - no response either. Order a product a month ago and have rec'd no information on eta for delivery. Unfortunately customer service is lacking in replying to my requests. Will cut my loss and never order from this company again. Poor service

I accidentally ordered the wrong product and, after placing the order, emailed requesting my order be cancelled. They promptly responded and cancelled my order without issue. Great customer service!

I ordered Kérastase products from Cosmetics Now and received obvious counterfeits. Wrong formula, Chinese stickers, and caps that didn’t even fit the genuine bottle we had to buy because this was such a bad fake. They refunded the products but refused to cover my return postage unless I emailed them my bank account and routing number. Which has been dragging out for weeks.

When I offered secure options like refunding to the same card, PayPal, or Zelle, they refused every one. Then they claimed sending bank details by email was “safe.” It’s not.

This whole thing could’ve been handled in five minutes but dragged on for weeks. Save yourself the headache, buy directly from the brand or a verified retailer.

Service from cosmetic now is great and I highly recommend using their services to buy cosmetics.
