A bit slow with delivery - took 10 days, no news for backorder or depatched until we asked. Product is new and well packed

Don't touch this place. Left plenty of time for delivery to make a birthday gift order. Several emails, no response and almost a month later & we're still waiting. VERY, VERY ANNOYED! Over $150 debited from our account & no.prodict to show for it. We'd *never* recommend these guys.

The price is excellent and the customer support is very responsive and helpful.

I was surprised to hear from Cosmetics Now so quickly after I asked for them to fix the mistake I had made with the postal address for the order I had just placed. Within minutes, I received an email from them informing me that the address had been fixed and for me not to worry. This would have to be the quickest and most professionally responsive purchase interaction I have ever had with an online shop. Thank you Cosmetics Now.

After a month, still no sign of my order.

Great customer service and communication

Initially, I was surprised to see the product price change from 29 to 35 after logging in, and then an even higher total during checkout due to automatic currency conversion.

However, customer support quickly reached out and provided a clear, step-by-step explanation on how to choose my preferred currency and avoid unexpected charges. Their assistance was responsive and helpful.

Just note that the price you see (e.g., via Google or before login) may change based on your account location and billing settings. Once that’s understood, the shopping experience becomes smoother.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and had to email them regarding my order, they did respond saying the length of time was in the delivery window! I still haven’t received my order and still haven’t heard anything about delivery! I wouldn’t use this company again!

As someone else said about the length of time waiting for product and my tracking number didn't work so I did think I maybe had been scammed 🙃 but I got a very prompt response to where my parcel was which I appreciated and my parcel arrived 2 days later 😅. I ordered a product on 16th June 2025.
The ordering process was easy enough.
I received a confirmation promptly.
However, until today 3rd July 2025 I haven't received the product. What concerns me is that I have sent a reminder to the customer services' email address and there has been no response what so ever.

Upon publishing this review, I was contacted by the company, who offered a small discount to compensate for the inconvenience. I accepted the discount but reiterated that I would rather get the goods asap. I promised I would adjust my review; which I'm doing herewith. However, as at 21 July 2025, I remain without news as to when the product will be delivered. I have thus been waiting for delivery for 5 weeks without any news on the expected final delivery. I can barely call this satisfactory. At this stage I'm ready to ask for my money back.

Easy website to navigate and make purchase. Obviously I was happy with the pricing or I would not have purchased. These "reviews" are a waste of time really and an intrusion on the customers time. Repeat business is the best review. Am I likely to make future purchases..... maybe is the best I can offer ! Repeatedly being asked for reviews will more likely put me off future purchases especially when badgered to complete the request.
