These low life scammers refuse to send the gift my husband bought me for Christmas - ABAPSLXJI
We went to the authorithies today to press charges against them and ask for a refund in our Bank because this is a scam, we can get our money back from them!
It is possible because the Cosmetista Bank is in Latvia, it belongs to the EU, we advise you to do the same thing.
Furthermore, we showed them screenshots, messages, logs, e-mails and the invoice of the purchase and they sympathized with us.
Don't sit and wait for your money or your things because they're SCAMMERS, LOW LIFE THIEVES, they won't send you a thing, you have to sart acting. Report them to the authorithies ASAP!!!
Purchased a parfum on Cosmetista about a MONTH ago as a Christmas gift, still hasn't arrived, they don't reply to my messages on WhatsApp or e-mails.
I urge everyone NOT to buy at this site and for those who haven't received their purchases to go to the European Consumers webpage and seek help like i did to call out these scammers like i intend to do.

Don't be scared people, call them out on FB, Insta, your friends, share your bad experience and make them give you back what's yours !
Purchased an item on the 10th December and the purchase is STILL at the warehouse.
The numbers of support customer are disconnected and when they reply to me on WhatsApp, they are very rude and even make fun of me. When I told them I was going to open a charge back, they replied “ahaha you can do whatever you want”. I can provide screenshots of this conversation. It’s disgusting how they steal from people and then they treat them.
Don't buy at this site, it's a SCAM !!!

Order LGHRCRUWM the 2 of december, and NO news today (19/12). No answer from customer service, and certainly no gift for christmas... A shame!
