The items were packed in a used box
The items were packed in a used box, instead of 100 items paid for, there were only 99 items in the box. The box was full of darker colors which will make it difficult to sell.

They came thru
So my first few days after ordering I was furious, I had paid for expedited shipping and had not received my package in time and thought I was being frauded when I could not access my account on their site. I called twice and sent an email with no response. I am so over bad business and the time it removes from my life to attempt to resolve these types of things. The shipping label was created 4 days after I ordered and it didn't show that it had shipped yet at all for days. Then one day, I woke up to an email stating I had received a refund of my shipping costs, an apology from the company for not shipping sooner and later that day the package showed up, It was by far the best bundle I have yet to receive from anyone. Not full of crap but exactly what was promised, new and recently released makeup as described..packed so nice and thoughtfully. I will order from them again!
