Cosmetocity is the company I chose to look after me in Antalya, Turkey for my surgery.

You will be treated as an individual with dignity and respect. Every detail of your experience is taken care of because you will have one dedicated person to oversee your experience from collection at the airport, transport to your hotel and to hospital.

It is hard to put in to words how afraid I was travelling by myself to have surgery in another country. Your dedicated person, in my case this was Cihan, completely understood this and ensured I did not feel alone. He spoke English beautifully and was always there to answer any questions. I do not like needles or blood, I cannot emphasise how much of a phobia that is for me. Honestly, Cihan did everything in his power to help me with this.

It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am and how lucky and blessed I feel to have been looked after so well. The individuals who work for this company, are not just employees, they actually care about what they do. With many other companies you are just a number.

Cihan is a highly educated medical professional, a real diamond who demonstrated the utmost professionalism and approachability about everything and anything…right down to telling me where the best places where to eat nearby. He’s a diamond and a legend.

I came to the clinic to fix my breast asymmetry. After multiple unsuccessful surgeries with other doctors, Doctor Adem was able to offer me incredible natural looking results. He listened to my concerns and my wishes and delivered the exact result I was hoping for. Incredible support before, during and after the surgery. Everyone was so understanding and kind and made me feel very safe and relaxed. Such good value for money for the entire experience, from transport to and from and airport and hotel, to the care in the hospital where I had a private room. Incredible experience for which I am so grateful. I would 100% recommed to anyone looking for any procedures, this place is amazing in everything they offer.

I was suffering from sleep apnea and terrible acid reflux as well as a lot of pain in my lower limbs which made it difficult to exercise. Add to this a sedentary lifestyle with a desk job and the weight just keep piling on, the worse my sleep got, the more I relied on sugar for that energy kick through the day and cycle would just repeat. Faced with the fear of a heart attack before 50 and my children having to grow up without a dad I had to do something drastic.

I connected with a few different companies and chose Cosmetocity, (probably because they were the least pushy!).

I flew to Turkey on 1st May 2023 (I have left it a full year to write this review) and was greeted at the airport by Deniz (my contact) as well as Mert and Cihan. They took my bag and escorted me to a plush taxi to take me to the hotel. It was a public holiday on that day and so I was told to relax, enjoy some food (which felt ironic) and that I would be collected at 7:30 the following morning.

As I had travelled alone, I was assigned an assistant to stay with me which was Deniz, her role was to translate for me and ensure that everything was in order. The assistant is there to assist, I was told they have been confused with servants in the past!

In the morning I was met as promised and at the same time met a now good friend who was having the same surgery. We were put through a variety of tests including a psychic evaluation as this is not the sort of thing you should enter into lightly. After a full day of tests I went down for the operation.

When I woke, Deniz was there in the room to explain everything (even though it was the middle of the night) and to support me through my recovery. Obviously there is a reasonable amount of discomfort with any invasive surgery and having a friendly face is a real comfort.

After a few days in hospital we were taken into Antalya for a while and shown around before being returned to the hotel for the night then collected and driven to the airport the following day for my flight home.

The main things that I have found important about my experience were the personal touches, it is the little things that make the difference. An example of this is mentioning that I needed a drink as we were leaving the hotel, one of the team went to a nearby shop to get me some juice (we watered it down) and wouldn't accept the money for it. Yes it's a small thing but it makes the difference.

Everything is handled for you here, you tell them when you land/take off and they work out all of the timings for you, if you need anything it is but a call or message away, those are the things that make them stand out in my opinion.

I mentioned that is a year since my surgery but we are still in contact. I was 20st 10lb a year ago, and I am now 14st 5lb. I regularly run 5k (I try to do it 3x per week), my sleep is much improved, I feel energised and I am so much happier than I have been in years.

I can's speak for other companies but I would urge you to talk to the team here if you are seriously considering this surgery.

I went to Antalya to get single incision sleeve, and had a really good experience. The team answered all my questions pre and post-op.
Once we arrived we were picked up and Deniz really looked after us throughout, from picking us up, to the day of surgery, during our recovery she was checking up on us, and dropped us off to the airport.
They handled transfers, accommodation, medication and the surgery for us. Everyone was really helpful, and very looked after.
Any questions that they couldn’t answer, they spoke to the doctor to get us the right advice. Really happy with everything!

Cosmetocity was incredibly accommodating to all my requests and most importantly, I am so happy with my results!

Wow! Travelled from the UK by myself to Antalya to have gastric sleeve surgery. I was welcomed at the airport by Deniz and Mert. The transfer to my hotel was 5 star even the driver made me feel special! I was incredibly nervous and Deniz stayed with me throughout my whole duration of my stay and surgery. I spent 3 nights in the hospital and she never left my side she was amazing! Chian and Mert came to visit me as well and nothing was too much trouble. The hospital was amazing, so clean and all staff explained everything in detail. Deniz, Mert and Chian also know everything in Detail and can speak really good English. My surgery went amazing and I felt very looked after. On my last day we had some spare time and went to the shopping mall. I was really apprehensive about getting surgery abroad however it was the best decision I ever made. The hotel I stayed in as well before my surgery was beautiful. I can’t recommend this company enough thank you so much! Even little things like carrying my luggage and opening doors for me, I feel like I have made friends for life.

Such a great professional company nothing was to much trouble looked after me from beginning to end, although I was quite worried as I had brought my young daughters with me but they where as welcomed and looked after as I was, I must say Denise and her 2 male colleagues chian and mert (the bosses) where just amazing so friendly made me feel so at ease I can’t recommend them enough I’m returning next year for dental implants I just couldn’t imagine going with another company as I don’t feel I would find a more professional yet easygoing company I felt more like a friend than client, So if you’re looking for stress free everything taken care of company I believe you won’t find better everything was taken care of from airport transfer hotel medication all transfers food drinks even babysitting it was all taken care off.

Wel where do I start amazing fantastic company. Everyone is nervous going aboard for surgery but please don’t be with this company. Deniz is an absolute diamond and become part of our family.
Jehang is so supportive and knows his stuff . They are with you from the start of your journey till the end.
I am still in contact with them now and had my surgery done in July.
They are so understanding and supportive.
So if your looking for a company to have surgery don’t be put off and go with this one.
I am returning next year for more surgery with them as they are 100%truthful in every way.

I booked in for a facelift upper and lower eyelid surgery and possibly a brow lift. The surgeon said a temporal lift was preferable so added £1000 to my already £5000 quote. The bank transfer didn’t go through before the surgery so after the surgery I was hassled to pay with a card machine and asked for another £200 for the pleasure, being quite stunned after the surgery I paid the £6000 and went back to the hotel. On the fourth day after surgery I noticed that there were no scars visible under my eyes and they were really swollen. I told the owner Cihan that the surgeon has not done my under eye area. He came back two days later with a story about the surgeon having done the under eye via the temple?? This is no such operation even on their face book page it states that the under eye surgery has stitches under the eye area or the lower lid area . There were no such stitches. Also when I lift hospital I asked if I should put the cream they gave me under the eye and they said no knowing full well there was no surgery there. Four months later the bags under my eyes are much worse than they were before and my e mails to complain have been ignored . I’ve also spoken to another surgeon in London who told me nothing was done under my eyes even though I was charged for it !!

I went to Antalya for breast enlargements and my teeth crowned, I chose to go with cosmetocity and I’m very glad I did, I took my family for a two weeks holiday while over getting my procedures and I couldn’t have wished for better coordinators to look after both me and my family, I’d like to mention Cihan , mert and deniz and my
Surgeon prof dr cemal firat for the amazing experience they provided from the vip airport transfers to picking me up for every appointment and taking me back to my own hotel, Amy questions iv had since iv been home they have been there straight away! A very caring company! I will be using this company in the future no doubts about that, the surgeon did an amazing job of my breast enlargements I couldn’t have wanted better results as for my teeth they are all amazing! I was morbidly obese and lost 79kg in weight in just over a year. I was proud of my rapid weignt loss but could not start living a normal life due to the large amount of excess skin all over my body. The skin and my sagging empty breasts left me insecure, self conscious and unable to enjoy my life.
I decided to seek out a surgical solution but could not afford treatment in my home country, U.K. I had heard of many people visiting Turkey for cosmetic procedures and decided to start looking online. I didn't know anyone personally who had been so I was completely in the dark. I decided to focus my search on Istanbul and had many quotes from and contact with third party companies who offer to arrange surgery. It was a long and confusing search. After 2 months I had almost given up on my plans, I was frustrated and anxious and had not received clear cut answers from other companies about what surgical options were appropriate for me. So I decided to change tack and explore what options were available in Antalya.
It was then that I stumbled across the website of CosmetoCity. I immediately liked the website but honestly was suspicious, thinking this may be too good to be true. Surely this company will not make things that easy for me ? They say all I have to do is book the flights and they will arrange the rest? Could it really be that easy ? Will they be honest in their dealings with me and advise me on what surgical options are safe, realistic and acheivable ? Will they really find me a good surgeon? Will I be happy with the results? Will I really be in a top hospital? Will they really provide a nurse to stay with me during my whole hospital stay? Will they sort out all my medication, make sure I am not in pain? Will they really come to the hotel and help me if necessary? Will there be aftercare ?
So I approached Cihan with all these questions and many, many more.
From the first he was patient, kind, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He himself is a fully qualified nurse of anaesthesia and has huge relevant experience of being involved in care of surgical patients. So he really does know what he is talking about and was able to give me very direct, clear advice about what procedures were appropriate in my case and what I was likely to experience surgically. He asked me questions about my health status erc and we decided that I would be a good candidate for 360 lipo, a tummy tuck with muscle repair, an arm lift, breast lift with augmentation and a mons lift.
He also took an inordinate amount of time to answer each and every one of the questions I had about the practicalities of visiting Antalya for such a big surgery.
People are surprised that I went to a foreign country for such a big surgery. I can honestly tell you that it was Cihan and his amazing team at CosmetoCity that gave me the confidence to revolutionise my life in this way. They made it nothing for me..it felt so easy. From the moment they met me and my partner at the airport it was effortless.
Every single claim they make on their website I can personally attest to be unequivocally correct. 100 percent true.
They treated me like an honoured guest. The whole team were friendly, respectful and good fun to be around. The girls felt like sisters to me by the end of the process, lovely Deniz , I still smile when I think of her. Fatma nur who stayed with me during my whole stay in hospital was like an angel. She looked after my every need and want and did not leave my side. She put all my anxieties at rest and answered all my questions before and after the surgery. If she did not know the answer she contacted Cihan or the surgeon..Everything was looked after. On the morning of tests and surgery I met my surgeon, Dr Cemal Firat. He immediately put me at ease. He's very confident , professional and likeable. I felt very safe in his hands. His assistant was also very kind and professional.
Dr Firat had a big job on his hands with my surgery but from the beginning he made me feel like he could achieve what I wanted.
He certainly did. I am 6 weeks post op and I am a new woman. I am very happy with the results so far and I know that if I continue to look after myself with a healthy diet and exercise they will continue to improve. I love my new breasts and slim upper back. My tummy looks fantastic, my arms are half the size and my mons is perfect.
All my post surgical needs and care were looked after expertly by CosmetoCity and the wonderful nursing team at Medical Park hospital. Pain relief, nursing, hotel visits, regular and reliable contact.
I am still in regular and reliable contact with Cihan who answers all my aftercare questions thoroughly. I cannot wait to use CosmetoCity again next year to facilitate my next skin removal surgery.

and have just one piece of advice for them.
