It's a scam and they will literally steal your deposits and quote some silly terms that don't even relate to anything that you've even done. When you question those terms, they just repeat the terms over and over again, giving no real examples of what you've done wrong.

I deposited thousands and still had a lot of it in my balance and they quoted several terms and said they're keeping my money and my account is closed.

They're not regulated in the UK either, so you can't even do anything about it either.

These are the biggest crooks I know. I deposited around £3000 and lost most of it. Then they give me 100 free spins. After winning around 130£ on the free spins i use this cash on roulette and get my balance to £15000. I thought this was wonderful. Needless to say they have now hit me with the terms and conditions saying that the maximum I can withdraw is £100.

I’m now feeling suicidal and depressed as hell.

Don't play here, it's not worth it. They steal your money and when you win something, it costs them to pay. I won 1200 and they took 900 from me. This is garbage.

Opened account 2-3 weeks ago, deposits no issues & live chat were kind and helpful etc. but today it was different. I deposited £120.00 to play and bet with & managed to get to £2000.00. I joined Cosmobet, made my first deposit, and placed an F1 bet because of their cashback promotion promising a refund if the bet was lost. I did lose the bet, but when I tried to claim the cashback, they denied it and accused me of violating their anti-fraud policy.

They claimed I used bonus funds to exploit the system — but the truth is, I never claimed or used any bonus at all. This was my very first deposit, and I went straight into placing a regular bet with my own funds.

Instead of honoring their own promotion, they gave a generic excuse and pointed me to their terms and conditions, quoting rules about abusing bonus money — which doesn’t apply to my situation in any way.
I feel misled and unfairly treated. This kind of behavior seriously damages trust. Be extremely cautious if you’re thinking about betting with Cosmobet — they may refuse legitimate claims and make baseless accusations.

When signing up you can immediately deposit funds with no verification, assuming you can then place a bet. You can’t, once your money is on the account, you can’t use it or withdraw it until you go through a long winded verification process. This was annoying but not the end of the world. I then waited to be verified and chose a football bet, it wouldn’t allow it, every time I tried it came up with error. Chose single bets, multi bets and Accas to see if I was missing something….nothing. Ended up using the £100 on slots as it was the only thing the whole site would allow which was lost in the space of three minutes. Had nothing worked, I could understand it was maybe an error on my part with the verification but given I was allowed to use slots but none of the betting services I actually wanted, it feels like you are forced to play something they know you will lose, rather than a game which they cannot dictate the outcome. Wish I’d seen all these reviews before actually wasting £100.
