So my first issue is that this casino supposedly uses a provider known for rigged games and I fully believe it. I have been playing through my daily dollar for the last month or so, and I have won about 30 cents in the process. I'm aware it's gambling and I'm not entitled to win anything, but that's a ridiculously low amount for having spent $30. In addition to that, even if I use an auto clicker, the crash game always crashes at about 1x, making it impossible to claim even when clicking every millisecond. My second and bigger gripe is that even though this is a scam, I feel like the UI is so poor that it should be illegal for that alone. You need to go through a tutorial for every single game, every single time you play it. (or at least I did) it needlessly explains the jackpots over and over and forces you to be in landscape mode for each game, which is very inconvenient. Those two complaints bundled together make the games very inconvenient, hard to play. And I. I can almost see it as a trap to make you spend more money because you don't want to switch games and go through the tutorials over again.

Complete Frauds - AMOE not paid. Multiple redemption requests canceled. Every time I submit a support request, they redirect me to contact them via chat or something else, and nothing ever gets resolved. I've been trying to redeem for months. Completely fraudulent and illegal operation.

I was attracted to the daily free bonuses originally.. eventually I lost it all but decided to withdraw what little I had left. The 3 payment methods... bank, gives you an error, contact administrator, lol... the skrill wallet insist my ID is wrong, even though I copy and pasted it... and the crypto transfer, it says. Input state, which it does not let me at all. It already has my city, zipcode, and address, like.... cmon. You know the state... so yeah I'm unable to even redeem my measily left overs.

If I could rate at -100 stars, I would do so. This casino is operating illegally in Canada, and very possibly the US. Their site rarely works, bonuses you claim are never added to your account, crazy issues with attempts to withdraw. I finally did get my withdrawal, but had to put up a hell of a fight. Legally, they are to offer a free way to play, and they do so by way of AMOE. However, I sent entries in for 5 Sweeps Tokens each letter. Later they changed it to 2 ST, and now 1. They also changed the address. They DO NOT pay out your ST's for the letters and insist that you have to buy a package to get more ST's. This constitutes ILLEGAL OPERATION of a Sweeps Casino and I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities for such.

And then they have the audacity to ask me for a good review on Trust Pilot, LOL. Not on your life!!!!!

Would do negative if it allowed me to. Was told I could "cash out" if I bought a package. So I did so then they only allowed me to cash out the minimum amount of $30. Then told me their system was down and they would get back to me. I reached out again and they are now saying I need to buy a package of at least 50% of my earnings to cash out. Such a scam. I've been playing on Cosmoslots for more than 6 months and have NEVER won a single dime. I've deposited funds also (not just a feeeplayer). The layout is glitchy and confusing. The daily bonus expires in a day and to play a game you have to log in again after literally just logging in to the website. I tried logging into one of the games, and it said my credentials were wrong even tho I literally just used the same credentials to log into the website.
