The owner of this company rented out my apartment for me in July & August 2023 and in spite of telling me in September & October 2023 that the income due to me would be paid as soon as possible, to date I have received nothing. She refuses to respond to both email & text requests for payment and yet continues to advertise rentals on behalf of other owners. I would advise anyone considering either renting accommodation from or listing their property to rent with this company/person to proceed with extreme caution in their financial dealings. Refusing to engage with clients to either pay what she owes or set up a satisfactory payment plan is wrong on every level.

I previously wrote a review on this company as I was not happy with the service I received .
However when I decided to contact them for the final time .
I was handled to my satisfaction , and my complaint was resolved , I can honestly say I RESPECT fully that Malvin was extremely apologetic and honest.
My money was refunded.
And even though it was a lengthy time after . I would 100% do business with them again.
