I had an idea before going in which Watch I was interested in. 1993 submariner "Bluesy" watch. As soon as I walked in the store I saw the watch in a display case and was immediately greeted by Georgio with a giant smile! He was genuinely friendly with a big smile and invited us back to his office. I already pointed out the watch which I came to see. Georgio brought the watch in and I was in love with it immediately. It was just as described on their website and the pictures didn't do it justice. Just a spectacular piece. Since this was my first luxury watch I was nervous and had many questions. Georgio took his time with me explaining all the info I needed to know to make an informed decision. He showed me how to inspect the serial number, reference number, and match it to the original paperwork. A full set! Under the eyeglass the watch looked almost new which is pretty rare for a 33 year old watch. The watch was a little tight so they were able to quickly add another link so that I could try it on again to make sure it fit right. He offered my wife an I a coffee while we waited. Delicious Italian espresso!
The watch looked and felt great. I wanted it! We agreed to a fair price and I walked out with the watch.

I had a very Good Experience, I initially had an issue with the watch I purchased, as it was not functioning properly and required maintenance. However, after I raised my concern, the Costantini Watches team followed up with me and handled the situation professionally. They were responsive and even covered part of the maintenance cost, which I appreciated.

Their support after the complaint showed good customer care and willingness to resolve issues. Overall, I appreciate their effort to address the matter and ensure customer satisfaction.

These guys were simply amazing to deal with. I accidentally took my watch into the water after they sold it to me and they were kind enough to take it back and restore it at their own cost on very short notice when they didn’t have to at all. they were kind, communicative and responsive and really really great people to work with. so many people walk away from problems when it’s not their responsibility but these guys helped me out because they’re great people
