This was the best tour ever. Carlos was amazing. He really cares and makes sure everyone is safe and having fun. He is so knowledgeable too. You have designed a very interactive tour starting with the picking to the consumption of coffee with all the hard work involved. It gave the group a new appreciation of our daily brew. Great job. Two thumbs up!!!

Tour stops were great! They offered a view of some incredible spots on the island, and for a first time visitor to CR, it was well worth it! A long day but I’d recommend this tour especially Carlos or guide/driver.

We had a gorgeous day and were able to see the volcano with some activity. Throughout the coffee experiences I learned a ton about the history of coffee in Costa Rica and the steps to harvest. The waterfall and lake were beautiful. The local lunch was tasty and our guide Charley was a wealth of knowledge giving us a ton of insight.

A fun, logistically seamless way to reach Monteverde from La Fortuna. The boat ride breaks up the trip and the drivers pick you up and drop off at your exact location. They couldn’t have made it any easier!

Great trip. Our guide was amazing. Carlos is amazing. This dude has extensive knowledge of the coffee tour. He does with the rest as well. The volcano was active and we could not go so they made sure we had plenty of extras instead.

The tour was amazing, Carlos is the best guide we could have asked.

We had so much fun! Our tour guide Freddy, took us to so many amazing places. We started at a hummingbird sanctuary before going to the blue waterfalls where we got to swim and take pictures. Then we went to the famous La Paz waterfalls before having lunch and going to the coffee plantations to see how coffee is made. Freddy also took us to great wine& cheese shops. Overall an amazing experience and we loved our tour guide Freddy!
10/10 would recommend seeing the waterfalls and touring the coffee plantation. Our tour guide, Carlos, was amazing and very informative about the country, sure, and coffee. The volcano I was active, so we couldn’t go see it, but he made sure to go out of his way to take us to a spot as close as possible to see as much as we could of it. The hike to the waterfall was worth the beauty of it. Bring a rain coat, water, and snacks. Lunch was later in the day but well worth the wait. Roads are windy, so be prepared if you get car sick!

The tour guide was excellent, he was from the US, spoke English well. Took us to the best waterfall which you could access directly and swim in.
We could see the countryside. See how the cities and villages were formed in the mountains.
There is a lot of walking to get to the waterfalls, becareful with your step.
I had a great time during a tour! Even though the plan was changed on short short notice (the volcano was active) the Plan B visiting an other volcano and a valley was a great experience. Our guide Carlos did his best to give us a full Costa Rica experience!
For those who have not heard, the Poas volcano crater has been closed to visitors since March due to safety reasons from volcanic activity. Therefore, our tour was substituted with Las Gemelas waterfall. Las Gemelas requires a wet trek through the rainforest. You will need an umbrella or raincoat, good athletic shoes, and to be in pretty good shape/health. There is a lot of driving since the places are far from the San Jose area. Expect an 11.5 hour tour. If you are looking for the La Paz waterfall experience with the animal sanctuary, this tour does not include that. This tour stops at the La Paz waterfall which is on the side of the road and the waterfall is right in front of you. Both waterfalls were not crowded at all and really worth seeing. We loved the Starbucks (the nicest one you will ever visit) and seeing the coffee bean to finished coffee process. Our guide was Carlos. He is wonderful and speaks both Spanish and English fluently. He is a good driver, really looks out for you, does not rush you, and we felt safe with him the entire day.
A great tour. Our guide was wonderful! So much value for the money.
I had a lovely tour around the waterfalls and a lot of information about the country, the lunch was excellent and the coffee making a new experience, Daniel was a very good tourguide and a very careful driver. Thank you, Pura vida
The tour was great. On the boat had fresh fruit the tour guides were awesome and friendly. Stopped at a bleach to go in a cave and take pictures. We went a couple different spots to go snorkeling had plenty of time snorkeling. Great excursion. Thank you
They had good communication of changes and the driver was helpful and knowledgeable, he was great. The coffee tours were nice and lovely. The waterfalls were beautiful. The road was crazy and so it helped me to sit up front, which the driver graciously offered. Even though we couldn’t go to the volcano they made the best of it and the guide shared photos of the volcano. It was nice.
This is a great way to some of the beautiful sites this country has to offer. Unfortunately, we couldn't get close to the volcano due to seismic activity, but we were able to see Rio Agrio. The lunch was fantastic and views were breathtaking
