Good experience overall

Seeing the other reviews on here initially made me scared to order but things went pretty good overall. I ordered late at night and my order was shipped the next day and arrived within 4 days. I got exactly what I ordered and would rate 5 stars if the decorative box that came with the bottle wasn't torn during packing. Although the box was damaged the bottle was packaged very securely.

Beware! TOTAL SCAM!!!

I was trying to order a several items and placed them in shopping cart.
Before the placing the order I have called the store to make sure they have everything in stock.
Store associate (Lisa) and I went through the order and she had confirmed that items were in stock and I can place the order.
According to shopping cart order was supposed to be $200+. But I was told that I have to pay more than $1200 for the order. I had asked why prices on website are totally different from the prices she told me on the phone. Store associate said that prices on Website do not matter and I should not pay attention to Website prices and she had refused to honor the prices in Shopping cart.
It is absolutely deceiving and unfair practice. Total SCAM. Before order please read REAL reviews on Yelp, BBB, and other sources. Please Avoid this store.

Received a bottle of Woodford Reserve…

Received a bottle of Woodford Reserve 2022 Kentucky Derby 148 - 1L today and it was missing the bottle card. I know this isn’t a huge deal to most who plan on drinking it but I paid a premium ordering online being a commemorative bottle for collecting and expect the items to be complete. Not happy!

BEWARE THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

BEWARE THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! I received an EMPTY BOTTLE, and they REFUSED REFUND OR REPLACEMENT!

I ordered a bottle of liquor, and an empty sticky bottle was delivered. The cap and seal were off, and the papers inside were stained, as if the liquor had spilled. I emailed and sent pictures as soon as I received it, and they replied saying the following, "If the entire bottle was empty, the box or paper would have shown signs of water damage somewhere from the leakage and FedEx does not deliver any packages showing any signs of damage. The seal is just a simple piece of thin paper and has nothing to do with the bottle coming open. This is why we require an adult signature to protect you and me from these cases. Since this package was signed for and accepted there is nothing I can do on my end."

I tried calling back multiple times without an answer and finally got through to someone today who said I had to file a separate claim with FedEx because since I signed for it, I had accepted the package. The woman I spoke with was horribly rude and said there was not enough evidence that an empty bottle had been delivered. I told her I could not have known the bottle was going to be empty before opening the package. I sent pictures explaining the issue immediately after receiving the package. I asked to speak with the manager, and she said she was the manager. I told her it was ridiculous that they delivered an empty bottle and wouldn't either reimburse or send a new one. She said couldn't do anything for me, then told me I had a bad attitude and hung up on me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Waited 3 weeks on an order

Waited 3 weeks on an order. Finally emailed them and asked for an update, in response, they canceled and refunded my order "due to no stock." So after allowing it to be purchased on their website, they realized they didn't have it, so their decision was to send me an email saying "We'll get more from the supplier in 3-5 business days and send the order"...and then never send the order, never email me, and keep my money until I confronted them. Sketchy business, I'd avoid in the future

My husband absolutely loved this and…

My husband absolutely loved this and still brags to everyone he meets about it. I bought it for him for our 25th wedding anniversary on October 31, 2021 and it was a last minute type of buy. The taste of peanut butter is very forward and then ends off smooth. We plan to try it with some chocolate liquor around Christmas, since he is very into peanut butter cups. This was one of my best choices.

I ordered a house Baratheon scotch

I ordered a house Baratheon scotch, I was super excited because I’m missing this bottle and the house Greyjoy bottle. They are impossible to find and I also am not looking to pay ways more than retail. After ordering, I received a notice about the order being late and would ship after Thursday. Then I reached out because I figured it would be canceled, I was told it would just be late and they were waiting for it. Eventually they told me they couldn’t fill the order and issued a refund. I am not mad or upset over the bottle, I just should have been told immediately that they never had the bottle

It’s refreshing when a company

It’s refreshing when a company, in this case Cost Plus operates and delivers in a first class manner. Their assortments Alan’s pricing are terrible. No surprises here; they are exactly how they market and present themselves…..A+

Excellent service

Excellent service, they really try to supply what you want. They waited a week before they shipped as they were hoping to get a special item in my list. Unfortunately they were unable to procure the item. They asked if I wished to wait longer, or to ship without that item. Very nice to keep me in the loop!
