⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Experience. Never Again.
I ordered perfumes from Cost Plus Perfume Company on 20th June 2025 and never received anything — not even proper communication. Their website said 14–21 days for delivery, which has now passed with no explanation or apology.
When I contacted them, they didn’t offer help — instead, they rudely suggested I cancel the order and shop at Myer or David Jones. If I wanted to shop there, I would have. The whole point of shopping online is convenience — which this company completely fails to provide.
Their customer service number doesn’t even work, and their email replies are dismissive and unprofessional. If you give them feedback, they act like they’re doing you a favor by cancelling your order instead of solving the issue.
They finally cancelled my order — which is fine — but now I’m just waiting to get my money back. Honestly, if a business can’t handle basic service and communication, they shouldn’t be operating.
Avoid at all costs. There are better and more reliable sellers out there who actually value their customers.
5 weeks and still waiting
5 weeks and still waiting. No perfume. No response to emails. Phone not answering…scammers?
The site is Outright scam
The site is scam, ordered 4 scents on 26th May, only received response on 17th June that the items will be shipped later that week, no response from them after. No response either through email or phone. Cancelled the order and don't know how to go for a refund now. Most of the recent reviews are fake. Its an OUTRIGHT SCAM.

Ordered two fragrances only to be told 2 weeks later (after I followed up) that they don't actually have stock. At least it was refunded quickly.

Unresponsive Service and Missing Order Tracking from Cost Plus Perfume
I paid for express delivery on my order two weeks ago and received a payment confirmation with my order number on the same day. Since then, I haven't received any emails with tracking details as promised on the website. It's been impossible to get any feedback from costplusperfume.com.au. They don't answer phone calls or return my messages (I've left several voicemails with my phone number, name, and order number). They've also ignored my emails, whether sent through the website or directly to their email at @costplusperfume.com.au.
