This website was a complete joke. I ordered a size small Incredibles costume and was sent a 60’s hippie one not even my size. The tracking number I was originally sent was invalid and phone numbers on the website don’t work so I truly thought I was scammed.
I was able to send an email that was a long shot I’d get a response to but luckily this worker Paul responded and was able to get me a refund immediately. Paul needs a raise for sure. But this website needs to do better.

Customer service is a disgrace
My daughter went in for a last minute costume not realising it was click and collect only and was ridiculed for coming in expecting it to be a normal shop
A lady behind the counter treated her disgracefully even while my daughter continued to be polite and apologetic and sent her away saying it would be ready when it's ready
Horrible experience

I love Halloween and I've been getting my costumes from here for the last few years and I've never been disappointed! I already know what I want to be this year so I purchased my costume and it came really fast. They have lots of options and it's affordable.

I bought costumes from here and the quality was awesome and design of costumes are so lovely.

Ordered the wrong size for all three of my costumes for school play. I was able to get all three exchanged for the correct sizes without any problems. Shipping took two days to arrive, not bad.
