We received and item with damaged parts…
We received and item with damaged parts and now getting the run around with Costway as I apparently did not upload a picture of the box to the ‘insurer’ of the the specified time. Have still not received any indication that replacement parts will be sent. Not at all impressed with the customer service. Suggest looking elsewhere if you expect them to address any product issues.

According to the policy of both our website and Seel, once a customer reports an issue, we first provide the customer with Seel's contact information. This is because with Seel Worry-Free Delivery, packages are protected against loss in transit, item damage in transit, package theft or missing after delivery, and significant shipping delays. Seel can then issue a refund or a replacement.
At the same time, Seel has its own process for handling claims. If they do not receive a reply from the customer within seven consecutive days, or they require additional documentation — and they will let us know, so that we can reach out to the customer again.

Cheap in price and quality so you get what you pay for
I was looking for an 8 person outdoor table and this is probably the cheapest product I found on the market that looks decent . If you don’t want to spend the money then it’s good I guess but not sure how many seasons I can get out of it. The screws are already rusting and it’s only been 2 weeks. The top is also showing signs of sun and water damage.
Also it’s a smaller 8 person so 8 chairs won’t tuck under the table fully.
The company was great and the delivery was fast.

When it rains or during other extreme weather, we strongly recommend using a protective cover to prolong the product’s life. Additionally, for regular outdoor use, it is necessary to apply a protective oil to the table surface at least once a month to maintain its quality and resistance to sun and moisture damage.

So far, so good 👍
I have been without a dryer for so long I was just super excited to get one. I was about a month behind on laundry and this unit ran for 3 days. I was actually impressed with how fast it dries as I have a similar unit in my trailer. This one was faster. I haven't had it long enough to give it proper review regarding longevity but so far, so good!
