Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! We purchased a new 11 piece patio set at the end of the season last year. When we went to set it up this year, the wind accidentally took our table with the umbrella and broke the centre top piece. Cost way sent us a replacement table without issue and was very prompt in there responses to us. Will purchase from this company again!

This was our third purchase from Costway. It was a patio set and extra side table which we knew would arrive in three boxes.
When the shipment didn't come together, Costway was VERY responsive and replied to each of my inquiries promptly. They kept me apprised of everything they were doing until the last box finally arrived. The patio set and extra table was assembled by one person and it took about 2 hrs. It is beautiful, sturdy and looks like the photos online. The seat cushions are firm and the back cushions are softer.
We're truly happy with all the products we have ordered from Costway and their customer service deserves the 5 stars. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Costway.

Bought an air conditioner online stated…
Bought an air conditioner online stated it was 10,000 btu but when we received the unit it actually only 6,000 btu but wasn't stated anyway online and the air conditioning didn't come with any of the standard foam tape I've received when purchasing any other air conditioning and not even any batteries for the remote. States it cools up to 450 square feet which I find comically because it can't ever cool down the space we are using and it's 300 square feet or less. Reached out to costway for a partial refund no response. Definitely not buyers anytime from this business ever again.

Disappointing Experience!
In today's age of next day delivery, this was extremely disappointing. Having originally thinking my item would be sent from Canada being a Canadian website, I found out too late that it was being shipped from the US. Not that it should have been a big deal, but it was. It took over a week for it to be delivered just to Canada and Costway didn't have any tracking information. Customer service would get back to your email in a couple of days since their Online Chat never works. They kept asking me to wait, wait, etc. If you would like your order in a timely manner, try Amazon.
