Unfortunately, the packaging of the furniture is very poor. We have bought giraffe bookcase and the three items have been chipped clearly due to inadequite packaging. Pieces of furniture were next to each other without proper wraping between them. The main giraffe part was chipped on the front which is very dissapointing.

Plug was broken on delivery so item couldn't be used. Unable to get any responce from the company by phone, email or chat

Company tried to blame the courier saying item was damaged in transit but this was not the case as the box was in perfect condition.

12 days later any we are still awaiting the faulty product to be collected and refund issued.

Extreemly poor service.

Poor quality product and poor customer service. Did not want to know about a faulty product and took too long to reply.

Costway & Wowcher - Neither thank you!

Hi recently ordered a garden shed from Wowcher and was sent the wrong smaller shed which was a lower price.

Not realising this was the wrong shed my partner and I started to construct the shed which had arrived earlier than stated.

It had been dropped off and the driver did not wait to see if we were home or not - so we were not expecting it.

After we sent a day putting this shed together we realised that it was indeed the smaller shed and not the one we had ordered.

Trying to contact Wowcher is no easy feet and it was only after posting a review that anyone got in touch. We are still waiting for them to resolve this issue and no one has been in touch.

Their last message was that the merchant had been contacted and that they would contact us and of course they have not.

The merchant is Costway UK. Wowcher have agreed to a full refund but they want us to dismantle the shed and package it up.

We spent two days putting this thing together when it stated that it would take a couple of hours. WRONG!

We are happy for them to take the shed but are not prepared to spent two more days dismantling it as this was their mistake not ours.

Marketing on their site was completely wrong!
Wrong image with wrong measurements and wrong prices!
Delivery completely wrong and driver did not wait for us to confirm that we had the correct product.
Not being able to get hold of anyone. Lots of delay tactics.

So now I am writing a review of the merchant to see if we get any joy and a chance to get our money back from this frustrating and misleading sale.

I have just tried to call Costway and they to do not pick up. It is a sad world when companies take advantage of ordinary people doing them out of their hard earned cash.

Any comments Costway??

Wowcher may have placed the order with you but it was your images that were wrong and it was you that sent the cheaper and smaller product on the wrong delivery date. So they tell me to contact you and now you are telling me to contact them. Great way to avoid taking responsibility for the error.

I ordered a patio set from this company. Today, DHL delivered a box marked "box 2 of 2". Turns out the item was shipped with two different couriers and the other being DX… they are the literal worst when it comes to couriers.

Finally received the second box. The furniture is nice to look at and is so far comfortable.

Fast delivery. Very small problem(a tiny item missing). Customer service responded very quickly. Item couldn't be sent but a refund offered. Very pleased with this Company and would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Recently bought a beach chair which unfortunately broke within a week of use. E-mailed customer services in the evening and by next morning received response to inform me they were refunding the cost. Excellent service.

We recently purchased a unit for our turntable and vinyl collection. Initially, two units were ordered inadvertently. However, the cancellation process for the duplicate order was seamless. Costway promptly canceled the extra order and issued a refund, which is expected to be processed soon. The unit itself was competitively priced, exhibiting solid construction and an attractive aesthetic. We are very satisfied with the product. The order was placed on Tuesday afternoon and delivered by DHL on Thursday morning. Furthermore, the delivery was complimentary. DHL and Costway provided consistent updates regarding the delivery status. The DHL driver was also very helpful, assisting with the delivery of the package. Overall, the entire experience was positive. We highly recommend this company. In summary, they offer high-quality products at competitive prices, complemented by excellent customer service and efficient delivery. We highly recommend them.

Poor customer service wanted to speak to head office told they are in china , asked for supervisor gone home for the day 1 o’clock finish !!!!! Requested call back nothing since
Terrible company to deal with

Ordered stools with grey seat pads. The pads are brown/black. I phoned up and confirmed the code on the box. Was advised it was the correct code for "grey" stools. Apparently colours are subjective and id need to pay to return for refund. So I kept them. Quality is good just wrong colour. At the same time I ordered a bar... Was advised it had been dispatched with a different courier .. 2 pieces. Next day 1 piece arrived. I questioned the driver who advised they only had 1 part and suggested the 2nd part was on another van for delivery. From 12 midday to 4pm I sent 2 emails advising this and confirming the box number received and box number missing. I call almost continually on redial straight to VM saying busy and leave VM or send message. So not impressed and still don't know what's happening with missing part
