Compré un futbolín a través de Amazon a esta tienda el pasado 09/12/2024, a día de hoy no ha llegado y me continúan dando largas. Es un regalo de navidad para mi hijo y no llegará. No voy a comprar más en esta tienda y pienso que Amazon la tendría que dar de baja como tienda colaboradora.
Me enviaron una silla de playa defectuosa ( QUE ME COSTÓ 66 €) , he solicitado la devolución y ya va en 2º mail que me envían proponiéndome 5 € primero y luego 8 € de reintegro . Alegan que como la devolución es a Alemania el trámite es muy tedioso y que me tengo que hacer cargo yo !!! . He leído su política de devolución y están faltando a su compromiso.
05/09/2024 . Actualizo info : ahora me ofrecen una devolución de 15 € si no devuelvo la silla!! . Y así me van dando una contestación por día .
