Dishonest online shop

I have placed orders with this company for the past three years. The first year, the presents should have been delivered individually to each of my clients together with a greetings card, for which I had to pay a separate fee. All was well or so I thought. The presents were delivered without the greetings card. Given the fact that I was not informed about the status of delivery by the company itself, I had received a thank you note from one of my customers, who guessed the present was received from me. As a result, I have contacted the company that told me they had forgotten the card. No sincere apologies and no return of the money. It was not a big sum but the principle of taking responsibility for your actions was zero. I mentioned this to the company which did not seem interested in improving their services.
Nevertheless, the following year I decided to give them a second chance. They sent me the offers, and the prices were not to be ignored. This time, I had all the presents delivered to my house and I proceeded to deliver the presents personally.
Given the experience from the previous year, I decided to purchase presents for my clients this year as well. I have placed the order at the beginning of October, thinking there is enough time for them to prepare the presents. I was contacted by a company representative, informing me the delivery timeframe should be at the end of November. So far so good. The delivery date was approaching when I received another phone call informing me the presents will be delivered at a later date, on the 5th of December. The 5th of December arrived with no presents delivered. When you have taken the responsibility of delivering at a specific date and, for some reason, you are not able to keep your engagement, the decent thing would be to call your client and inform her of the delay. I had to call on the 8th of December to inquire about the status of the delivery. It was promised to be shipped the following day. Again, silly me, I had expected to be informed whether the presents left their premises. Wrong again. I had to call again to receive apologies for the delay, being informed the order is being processed and it will be delivered to which I asked to speak to a manager to inquire what on earth is happening. It is already too late for me to send the order to another shop. Not only that, but they are not keeping their word, and, at present, I am not certain whether this shop will deliver the products I had ordered, or they will keep my money without sending me anything.
The reason I am writing this review is to warn potential customers about the way this online shop is conducting business. Be aware of the poor client experience, poor contact with the customer, lack of dependence on their trustfulness and honesty.
Currently, I have still not receive the items I have ordered or an indication about the estimated delivery time.
