Ordered 2 bras as promoted so enthusiastically on instagram. They do look like they are reasonably well made, and could be comfy... for someone about 5 sizes smaller... Sizing is completely bogus/wrong (the clue now I think about it was claiming that a moulded bra cup was suitable for cups B through G! though the influencer was well endowed and it looked fine on her, maybe she got a "special" one made?). I'm not expecting a smooth return or refund, though I am trying. One of these days I will learn.

Ordered acrylic floral letters at beginning of October 2024. Communication with the company is erratic and lacking in detail.
Would not recommend except to the fraud department of my bank!

Overcharged by more than £10
I did send an email and they did respond saying a refund had been made. It did come through a few days later!
Yet to receive the item!!
I wouldn't order from here again

Purchase something and thankfully the bank declined the transaction due to them overcharging me. I didn’t even realise they could do that without my authorisation. Be careful purchasing from this company.

Do not use this company. Ordered a Christmas tree wreath @ £20.79 including post but they took £25.99 from bank. They have now sent an email saying they will refund the difference in the next 5 days. It only takes 5 minutes to do that so I am not holding my breath!

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. But can’t leave 0. Do not order from this company. They’re not a UK company as stated and they add extra money onto your order and dont reply to your emails. Avoid at all costs. No customer service at all

Took 3 weeks to arrive-very poor quality and fit the bra I ordered doesn't look anything like the advert. I'm really unhappy with this, and can't find a way to return with a refund.

Do not waste your money on anything from this company the wrap dresses I received are of a terrible quality and they have no shape or form they look more like a rag or duster you would use for cleaning, also the company makes it impossible to return items as they don't respond to emails I have had to use PayPal resolution to try to get my money back

Wish there was an option for negative stars. What a horrible company to deal with. I ordered my bra from my measurements and it doesn't fit, the sides don't reach, like it's super small. I waited what seemed like 2 months for it to come (I'm in the UK).
I emailed customer service and they asked if I had all the packaging. Which I didn't as it went out with the rubbish the day previously. They said they would only offer me £2 refund! Talk about a slap in the face! I've been fighting with them to at least be decent enough to refund me half the purchase! Their useless and are for sure SCAMMERS. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Very long wait for delivery.
Very poor quality material.
They do not hold anything in place, they do not reach the side of the breast so your left with hangover. The straps are flimsy and non adjustable so they are too loose. The lace cross over is too low so there is zero lift. Do not waste your money.

Ordered 3 bras the same size. When they arrived a month later they were all different sizes. Poor quality, one was dirty. The lace crossover straps all different lengths so did nothing to push up. Straps so short on one it squashed them. Couldn't get a review as their bot states they are high quality, customer satisfaction so it's a better option to keep them. Told if I want a refund a must bear the high shipping costs and the wait time is long. Also beware of companies called Kanners-Ashine and Aura Surf which are also selling the same crap bras. They also took more money out of my account than email confirmed. They blame a system error. Avoid this company at all costs.

Should be Zero rating. Has anyone managed to get a reply from them or a refund? As previous customers thought it was UK supplier and the Bra's took weeks to come.

If I could give negative stars then I would. Take my advice and don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Tried to cancel my order within 2 hours of placing and despite advertising you can cancel within 24 hours was told my order had been despatched!! I then waited 6 weeks for delivery and have been trying since to get details on how to return for a full refund since. All emails are un-answered and I wouldn’t use the items as floor cloths.

Took several weeks to arrive, didn't realise it was coming from America. The size that was indicated I needed came and would fit a child. The refund was could I give them as a gesture of goodwill to someone else and inferred 1GBP as compensation. Lesson learnt and £17 lost.

Not true to size. Ordered the 5xl. Uk 24. I reckon it would fit a size 16. My own fault for falling for the ad. 🤦🏽‍♀️. Weeks to arrive also.

I ordered my bra's and they took three months to arrive. Tried them on - absolutely awful product. The cups don't fit properly and move about giving a very odd shape. The straps that go under the bust have no effect and the quality is truly shocking- cheap and tacky. I'd like my money back but I doubt I'd get it from this scam of an organisation. Lesson learnt!

Bought 3 bras, all same size but they were clearly not the same size and the material is so cheap and nasty.
UPDATE! received an email response from Cosyfest after leaving the review. I can return at "a high cost and long process" or I can keep the item which would be cheaper for me!

Ordered 3 of these bras and can honestly say I have never been so disappointed.

The material is flimsy and the lace bit to cross over does not represent what was advertised. Strangely enough I can no longer find the adverts on Facebook however, I have stumbled across a large number of customers with similar complaints who have also been what I can only say is “ripped off”!

They are a modern day pirate who robs people of their hard earned cash and sends utter rubbish.

I am assuming it’s pointless requesting a refund for my purchase and I wonder if I will even get a response from them but time tell.

Avoid at all cost!!
