Bought two fitted sheets, first has developed pilling very quickly on use and now unusable. Not good at all. Dont even want to try the second one still in its wrapper. Will not be buying again

This is a scam company, top line on website says "ZERO HASSLE RETURNS". Just you try it!
Bought a duvet from them which arrived vacuum packed. After opening the duvet remains flat, creased and has not fluffed up at all. Very disappointed in the quality, but in bold letters it states ZERO HASSLE RETURNS, so tried to return it!
Tried contacting via e-mail, via Chat, even found a phone number for them, 0330 818 1561 to arrange a ZERO HASSLE RETURN! Over a week later not a chance of speaking to a human, no replies to e-mail, chat bombs out.
I am out of pocket over this as will have to buy a new duvet, at the moment it seems the only thing I can do is let others know to avoid buying from this company.
If anyone in the company is reading this and would like to apply some form of customer service, order number is CHUK118866 and we would like a refund for this item please!
UPDATE, We have now received a full refund from cosyhousecollection. Perhaps if the customer service was better they would get much better reviews and feedback. Thank you for the refund.

SCAM Company!! Unable to return items. The quality is really bad, the stitching just pulls apart. I have been trying to contact the company and had a reply via email saying to send in photos then no response despite sending numerous follow up emails. The live chat just leaves you waiting and there is no phone number. *******AVOID AVOID AVOID *******

Ordered some pillow cases on Black Friday
I have been trying to return the opened items ever since
It says on the website you need to contact the company to arrange a return
3 emails, one web chat and a voicemail later
I still have no idea how to return the items
Dreadful customer service

This company has ads that pop up when playing online games. They seemed viable, so I ordered a set of sheets in silver. So after 2 days, I'm checking the status and it shows they're out of stock. Of course my credit card was charged already. Anyway, I complained that their ordering system should show if something is out of stock or don't offer it! Based on the product reviews, it looks like I'm better off.

The delivery time are terrible.I have had several time delivery slots over the past 2 days.One was even at 9pm but then i get an email to say delivery has been cancelled.Shockingservice

I found this companys customer service to be outstanding!! ok, I wasn't happy with my purchase due to the colour mismatch my complaint was dealt with within a couple of hours, and I was satisfied. Not washed the sheets yet but feel nice and soft and not bad quality for the money. Of course, it's not 100% bamboo. the price reflects this, and the company doesn't claim it to be.

Fitted sheet piling in a week, washed on cold , air dried so obviously faulty , waiting to hear back , no phone nos, always a worry, having read the reviews I don’t expect to be refunded or exchanged 😡

This company sells "Luxury" Bamboo sheets which are 60% polyester (hardly Luxury) plus 40% Bamboo. They used to be 60% Bamboo but changed to the cheaper nastier product recently. Don't waste your money. You can but 100% Bamboo higher quality sheets for the same price. A microfiber sheet set that feels better on the skin is 4 times cheaper. Customer service after I complained "Yes we have changed the mixture to much higher (60% polyester) Luxury cloth thanks for letting us know your not happy"

Really poor quality products rather overpriced and after one wash it’s piling and all prickly and uncomfortable
Contacted the company to complain and after sending over 40 pictures showing evidence of their poor product , still no word over a month later

So I am not sure what’s going on with these reviews on Cosy house Collections UK, compared to the same company in the USA that have excellent reviews. Before I buy anything I always read very review going. I write a lot of reviews and always the truth.
I looked online for the best fitted sheet, two pillow cases, and of course the duvet cover. I got a good deal as on offer, with free express delivery. The cost as a first time buyer was £69.
I received an email stating that the bedding would be delivered via Evri in a couple of days and they were.

I wanted the sheets because I wanted decent ones, keep me cooler as although out of the menopause, but still have hot sweats.

The manager the next day after ordering sent me an email to basically say their ethos and if I had any issues to contact them. The email may be standard however was nice to have my name on it.

So the bedding arrived in a pull string bad which was very handy to keep. On opening I shook them all out and dressed my bed. So ok I usually do wash them first, however I prefer line drying and it was raining, so I looked forward to trying on my bed. The flat sheet was elasticated on all four corners plus another elastic hoop if needed. The duvet and pillows fit perfect. Everything stated on the information was what I received.

Before I bought as I mentioned I read the Trustpilot reviews. However without checking saw that the Cosy House Collection was the American Company, but I ordered from the UK. I knew it was late to use the live chat on the UK, so because of the time difference, I knew our American friends + time difference would be available. I asked if the two companies were the same… this is a copy of my transcript. I think it is important for us in the UK to know this information, as some may get confused.

So there you go, they are the same company and I got the information from the horses mouth.

The flat sheet and duvet cover and pillow cases are mid range in regards of thickness, I have the light green colour. The texture is very soft like sateen which is what I expected.

This is part one of my review, and so far I am impressed with ordering, delivery, look and feel. There were several loose threads to chuck in the bin, I like the zip closure on the duvet

I will come back for part two of my review to tell you how I am getting on with washing the fitted sheet, duvet and pillow cases, also how it helps against the hot sweats…

However so far I am very impressed, time will tell, but as Arnie says “ I’ll be back”

Slow in response from customer service. However the product and their responses worth the wait.

Customer service is extremely unhelpful. Bought a zipped mattress protector which they state is 100% waterproof against accidents from pets, kids, sweat and spills but does not protect my mattress when my cat urinates on my bed.
They won’t do anything to rectify this as it’s been over the 90 day warranty but I can’t find anything about a 90 day warranty on the page I bought the item from only something that states 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
They claim the protectors aren’t designed to hold up against things like cat pee. Which as I said before differs from what they say on the page. Do not recommend buying from them

Please do not think that this company is in any way like the American company {cosyhouse.com}Trading standards needs to look at this awful company. I have spent nearly £100 and I cannot get what I ordered. Their 'LIVE CHAT' is not live and you have to wait hours before anyone gets back to you. Then they lie. This company DOES NOT CARE about it's customers. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I would give zero stars if I could. Please do not waste your money!

I ordered a duvet set. I noticed they had changed my address from 1b to number 1 so I immediately wrote to them and asked them to ensure it was 1b.....of course they didnt do this! they delivered to number 1 who refused delivery but they still took a photo of number 1's door as "proof" of delivery!! I tried calling but no human answers and I tried chatting on the "live" chat but again no one is there! terrible company

Purchased two sets of sheets in December 2023. Each set has been washed once. The zoo has broken on one of the duvets and both have bobbling on them that is really noticeable. They are completely uninterested in resolving the issues and the only way I will get my money back will be through the bank. Wish I had seen these reviews first!

I bought a set of bamboo sheets several weeks ago, and found a mark on the duvet cover when I opened the package. I immediately tried to contact the customer service but was unable to get through on several attempts to call them. The email I sent asking for the necessary information for returning the set was answered with a request to take photos of all the labels, barcode and the mark. I did this, and the again at another person's request.
On hearing that they were not able to see the mark, I resent the photo along with my opinion that, regardless of whether they could see a mark or not, I still wished to return the sheets and have my money refunded. I haven't heard anything from them since....

I purchased a single mattress encasement for my 93 year old aunt. This was advertised as stain resistant and odour repellent properties, high end and luxury. I liked the idea that the entire mattress, that cost over £1300, was encased. She unfortunately wet it, it was washed according to instructions, the stain and odour remained. Washed a total of four more times, no difference. Sent 7 emails with photos. No response. After leaving umpteen messages I finally got to speak to someone. Her response “well, it’s pee it’s going to stain, what do you want us to do?” I was horrified. Eventually got a refund but I won’t use them again

Do not buy from them. It states they have loops on their duvets.. Mine does not. I contacted the company and their response was... We don't have loops on our duvets...I then screen shot them the picture on their website of said duvet WITH loops... I didn't hear from them again!
Also zip was completely broken on the duvet cover. Do not buy from this company!

Cosy House Collections UK promises a hassle free returns. It’s not true. They were unhelpful when it came to returning an unopened item, trying to make me walk 20 minutes to an Evri point without return postage, eventually they let me use Royal Mail. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven’t had my refund of nearly £70 back yet. I will update this review. reference CHUK80678
