This was the second time I had Cosy come out as I was so impressed the first time round. They did my house in 2024 and it made such a difference that I had them come and do a little cottage on my property. Everything is easy with cosy from the first consultation to the install. They even fixed up a bit of insulation that a different company put in badly in 2019. Not only do we see a massive difference in heat retention I also have no draughts which we were plagued with and the sound insulation is great too. I would strongly recommend getting in touch.

Rep who came to assess my attic was very informative and explained everything clearly to me beforehand with no 'pressure selling'! The Installers arrived on date and on time and started work immediately. All finished in around three hours with hardly any dirt or disturbance to the house. The attic is now snug and warm which has helped to reduce the amount of time I need the central heating switched on. There is also a reduction in noise from outside. Two very nice young men who worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Cosy Insulation as far superior to other forms of attic insulation.

Was a bit sceptical about getting this done at first but had Richie call to the house to give us a quote and he wasn't long answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. Richie was an absolute pleasure to deal with the team at Cosy were professional and easy to deal with too. From start to finish, 10 out of 10 service. It really adds a wow factor to your home, and we can already feel a difference in heat. Thanks again Cosy!

Had this installed Aprox 8yrs ago, probably the best insulation as regards draft elimination, we had the open cell installed. A “certificate” was supplied by cosy, had to have it removed as building control said it didn’t comply. I pushed building control as to why & they said no spray foam insulation meets current regs when put in felt or straight to tile. Also mortgage companies no longer approve any form of insulation, we know this as we’ve had the house independently surveyed as to its sellable condition.
-Cost to remove insulation only was £6,000+vat. Then had to strip plasterboard (dispose of correctly), re-insulate, plasterboard & plaster the ceilings.

Total was over £12k

PLEASE check with building control before using Any type of spray foam, for the sake of a few £££ building control will give the correct advice.

I contacted cosy to solely ask how best to remove their product -nothing more, nothing less. but I was met with “our product complies…” & an aggressive threat of legal action. This review is edited due to a threat of legal action.

Very quick and easy, has definitely made a different to our house! It holds the heat longer and does not get as cold.

Unfortunately, the guy’s hoover had broken and he asked to borrow ours. Wireless hoovers are not built to vacuum that much dust and it has not worked since (we only had a lot of dust as we had dormers in our front bedrooms they needed to cut into to get the insulation in, everywhere else was virtually dust-free)

From the moment I reached out to the final result of having my attic fully insulated I had less than three week, considering that I contacted the Cosy Insulation during the Christmas break. The lads arrived exactly as I requested early in the morning and did their job very well. I am one happy customer!
