Disrespectful and unprofessional
I was ready to order the Cosy2Go electric slats with shipping to Croatia. David confirmed delivery was possible, sent me pricing, and then completely disappeared. I followed up with the entire team. Not a single reply.
This is not a minor oversight. Ignoring multiple emails from a customer who is ready to purchase is disrespectful and unacceptable. I cannot believe a company selling premium products does not have the basic decency to respond.
Because of their silence, I missed the window with other suppliers who have since sold out. It is allergy season and I needed these slats specifically to help with my sleep. I am now facing a 6-week wait that is entirely their fault.
Truly disappointed. A company that treats customers this way does not deserve your business.
