I first expressed an interest in my car last week, Paul was really helpful and very transparent regarding the car I was looking to purchase. I went to collect the car today and it looked amazing and Paul talked me through the car and gave me his professional knowledge of the car. I have never met someone so dedicated to his trade and his customer skills were incredible. Thanks Paul 😊

My partner and I bought a ford kuga from Cotswold select autos by paying a reserve fee until we could go and view it, we wanted the car as soon as we saw it and paid the rest of the money and drove it away. We had it for three weeks and discovered a leak, we contacted Paul and he said to take it back for him to investigate. He worked tirelessly on it for two weeks but was having difficulty in finding the source, even saying he would buy the car back and compensating us. Eventually he found where it came from , almost taking the whole car apart. After resealing everything we collected it back again and we are so happy. He never charged us a penny even though this problem didn’t come under the mechanical warranty as it wasn’t a mechanical fault. Paul talked us through everything and kept us in the loop. So if you are looking for a new car look no further than Cotswold select autos you won’t go far wrong as Paul is so different to most car dealerships and really looks after his customers. He is very sincere and honest and I wouldn’t hesitate in telling all my friends, family and whoever reads this ❤️

So I needed a new car buI I had no idea what car I wanted! I saw a car on the website but unfortunately it was already sold. But when I was speaking with Paul that’s when the service just went to another level. He spent time with me running through the things I did & didn’t want with my new car & then somehow found me the perfect car which I have now! He took all the hassle out of it for me & I couldn’t be happier with the service I received & how much work Paul put in to helping me! Couldn’t recommend more

Fantastic service, Paul brought the vehicle to my home for me to look at, he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, answered all my questions. I was so impressed that I bought the car there and then, Paul did all the paperwork, and we were done and dusted in an hour. He even took my old car away with him, so no hassle for me whatsoever.
