A story of exceptional service
A story of exceptional service. First of all this is a great company and the T2 vent speakers are wonderful. Great sound from such a small device. Simply pull out the vent cover, clip in the speakers and wire them to the radio, easy peasy - until I messed up that is 😂 I purchased T2 vent speakers, as described they arrived quickly and were easy to fit. It turned out to be 100% my installation error but suffice to say that Chris stood by me (text phone and email) posting out swaps without charge or debate. It turned out that the wire terminals I was using were faulty and every speaker supplied worked 100% well. They were returned - Chris even sent out returns documentation.
Outstanding service amazing product.
