DO NOT BUY FROM COTTON AND COCO

DO NOT BUY FROM COTTON AND COCO! Facebook site DECEPTIVE. These people are very DISHONEST. The clothing I received was extremely cheaply, poorly made, unattractive and looks nothing like advertisement photos. Clothing actually made in and sent from China, making return cost greater than value of items. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED TO EMAILS REQUESTING RETURN AND REFUND. Also not clear when ordering that prices are USD, not NZD! Ended up putting it in a clothing bin, as reviews state people have received no response or refund even after paying to send items back. Website currently states domain name no longer active...!

Avoid buying from Cotton and Coco - they are a scam!

I ordered the casual denim dress from this company which arrived today. The FB page and website give you the impression that this is a US based company, run by two women called Grace and Lilly. This is why I ordered from them, I tend to steer clear of Chinese companies as often the quality can be poor and sending things back is a nightmare. The dress is very poor quality and there is no way I would have paid over £30 for a dress like this. I was also really surprised to see that this was shipped from China which leads me to believe that this is just another Chinese scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I would give this clothing site a 0 but…

I would give this clothing site a 0 but unfortunately it is not an option. The chambray dress shirt I ordered arrived and the material is a puce blue cheap cotton and it could barely be considered a shirt let along a shirt dress. This has been a $40 rip off and people need to be warned by the ACCC that this site is rubbish - or have it closed down so that no more unsuspecting Australian customers are completely ripped off. I am appalled and know that there is no way I can get my money back. Steer clear of this site at all costs!!

Very poor quality clothing and return shipping is more than clothing worth.

Not good quality clothing. But beyond that, items ship and are returned to China, not international warehouses as claimed on their website. It costs more to return the items than the items cost in the first place. Buyer beware.

They did rectify this time by refunding money to me but not worth ordering to Canada.

I posted similar review on their Facebook page and they marked post as spam and deleted.
