Easy to use website. The product arrived quickly. However the product was damaged in transit. I emailed the team and received a quick response that helped me to fix the dented items.
The product looks as expected and my daughter is happy with her new lights.

I can recommend this shop! Easy to order and very quick delivery! I liked it very much that I could order separate cotton balls and didn't have to order an entire new chain as I only missed one ball on my current chain.

Unfortunately a really poor experience with ordering from here. I was really excited to find the kraft paper dispenser on Cotton Ball Lights website as I’d been coveting one from George and Willy that was way more expensive. I placed an order for a kraft paper dispenser on 8th May and received an email telling me my order was ready to be shipped on the same day with a DHL reference number - but after a week with no more details (and the tracking number not working on the DHL site) I contacted Cotton Ball Lights for an update - they informed me that I had actually ordered something that was out of stock (this info was not available when ordering) but the product would be available in 2-3 weeks and they offered to cancel my order. I said I would wait and asked if I could add another refill onto my order to save shipping two separate packages - but received no reply.

After 4 weeks I asked for an update and was informed the product would ship on the first week of July - the order eventually arrived on 10th July, and it was slightly bent (I am hoping to bend back into the correct shape as I do not have the patience to return) - a full 2 months after placing the order. I understand that with current world events, logistics and shipping have been majorly impacted - and I definitely wouldn’t have minded waiting for 2 months if I had been informed of this when making the order, or even the week after when I’d requested an update.

As a small business owner I have also had customers contact me to follow up on late deliveries - but I always apologise for their inconvenience and thank them for their patience, this is obviously not part of the Cotton Ball Lights customer service. I wouldn’t normally take the time to detail a bad experience like this on a review website - but since they have emailed me to ask for it, that’s my 2 cents!

Very beautiful .. :))) I can't look back all evening, I'm glad to have discovered the possibility to choose colors from different sizes, and the most amazing thing is that it is handmade, this is one of the most important priorities for me :)

Great company - there had been an error at the manufacturing side of things, whereby a 16 LED light string was packaged in a 20 LED labelled bag. When I notified the company of this, they immediately sent me a new, 20 LED string of lights without any quibble whatsoever. When issues arise and they are resolved like this - that is when 5 stars are well earned!!
