Amazing customer service and products. All very good quality, delicate and sophisticated. We ordered our wedding cards and had a last minute change when the production had already started, contacting customer service, they were quick and attentive to our needs. Just perfect, cant recommend enough.

I bought both of my children’s birth cards from cotton bird. I love the designs and I was very happy with the quality of them when they arrived. They also have an insurance policy where they take extra care to make sure that the design doesn’t have any obvious flaws. Happy with them!

Incredibly happy with how our wedding cards turned out! Absolutely love them. I see people writing about the delivery times; yes it takes some time, but that is very very clear on the website. We got the cards within three weeks in the end so fast enough in my opinion! They are so pretty, really recommend. Thanks to the cotton bird team!

Communication is terribly. It taks 6 weeks to order wedding carts. Don't order here.

We ordered our wedding invitations and other prints (menu cards, place cards etc.) from Cotton bird and we've been very happy. For our menu cards and place cards we were a bit with ordering them but Alejandro showed great customer service and allowed us to get our prints on time, we even managed with his help to last minute change the shipping address to our wedding location. THEY REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT SPEAK DUTCH OF ENGLISH VERY WELL! THEY USE GOOGLE TRANSLATE TO CUMMUNICATE WITH YOU! DONT EVER BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE IT WILL COST YOU TIME AND MONEY!

Unfortunately, they had a printing error when our wedding cards were delivered. When we wanted to contact customer service, we could only do so via a contact form. The response to this took a while. Once in contact with co-worker Enzo, a good solution was found. They adjusted the error in the design free of charge and urgently sent us the new cards with track and trace. Unfortunately, I did not receive the latter but the cards were well accepted without any problems.

We are happy that our cards were delivered without any problems and are completely happy with the solution to the misprint. However, I do think that the way customer service helps us could (still) be more efficient by indicating in advance that customer service is only English, for example.

This is the third year that I order from Cotton Bird. I love the birthday invitations and party decorations.
The service is great and it looks super cute and great quality.
Will be ordering again next year!

Had a problem with the envelopes for the birth announcement of my daughter. At first had trouble with the communication but later was very well assisted through email by one of the team members. Thank you so much.keep up the good work.

Amazing service with wonderful products. We are utterly delighted!

Had a horrible experience with this company. The gold foil on the wedding invitations was way too thick, it didn't look as fancy as it did on the website. I complained about it and got the money back but I had no choice other than to use those invitations. Then the glue on the envelopes was too weak so they opened up in the mail. I had to use extra glue to seal them. And the quality of the invitations was so poor that the paper curls up when you put the cards in upright position. It looks really cheap. I see many positive reviews on Cotton Bird so maybe we were just unlucky. Anyway, avoid the Oranjerie line at all cost, it's really not worth it.
