I've had an overall positive experience. Everything I ordered came when expected, fit well and looked great. I do think they should add a size chart to their site as I had to go email to ask about sizing. They did have a rough size chart on their site and insta ages ago but it's gone from both now, not sure why. If they're not replying to emails, it could be because the one attached to their insta has a typo in it that they still haven't fixed and they did change which address they used a while back too. So mostly good, just a couple things they could tweak to make things easier.

Customer service is terrible! Taking years to ship out an order when you ask about it they will delete your comments and leave your dms on read and not even reply to emails.

They scammed me!!
I ordered 106$ worth of clothes and never received it.. when I asked for a refund they said I would have to pay for shipping for Somthing they never sent because they claimed they sent it and I sent my address wrong which I didn’t! It’s been over a year there customer service is trash .. don’t do business with them

This company is completely awful and no one should spend their money here. First, shipping from Mexico to the US vis DHL costs $30 (it’s cheaper to ship from Australia which makes me think the seller pockets the extra money). They do NOT reply to emails and they do not ship your order out even if you pay for expedited shipping. Many people besides myself have had awful experience with this company and I implore people to not make a purchase with them.
