Waiting an awfully long time for my cardigan I think someone must be knitting it for me, bought a t shirt too, it will only last about two washes. Very poor material.
Doubt I will use CT again. Not happy with the long wait time.

It was first time of ordering. Can't really comment except to say it was a bit slow for delivery.

Bought a pair of these boots 4 weeks ago. So comfortable, no rubbing edges, no plasters needed. Bought another 2 pairs immediately.

Returned an item to the shop the girl was very helpful and sorted it all out quickly

First and foremost the items Cotton Traders sell can be relied on to be good quality.
Secondly the prices are reasonable and delivery is fast and accurate.
Lastly - even their free gifts are worth having!
I would like their offers, which often only apply if you spend £35 or more, to be available at a lower min. spend as I am on a tight budget.
Also, could you stock a larger range of ladies pants (underwear) - you only seem to do the 'full' pant?

Quality, product at a competitive price, however, there followed continual bombardment with Cotton Trader emails, which I believe to be totally un-necessary to the point where rather than encouraging customers, it drives them away.

Ordered leg length29” which is my normal size and they were about 3” too long. Returned and awaiting a refund.

The dressing gown is lovely. However, it was so badly screwed up and creased, that i question whether it was, in fact, a returned item. I needed it urgently, so ended up washing it first, but not entirely happy

The items I bought look good and fit well just as ones I have bought from this company did before.
Delivery takes a bit of time, as I live on a small island, but that's not important as long as things arrive in good conditions which they did.

Bought a polo and two crew-neck T-shirts in May 2026.
I would rate the polo as good value for money, but the T-shirts (worn and washed no more than 2-3 times each) feel thin and the crew necks have become wavy, failing to lie flat against the body and looking as though they have been in use for years.
T-shirts from another company, bought around the same time, still look great.
I've had cotton traders T-shirts before, with the embroidered 'Cotton Traders' logo on the left sleeve, and have been pleased with them. The embroidered logo has now been replaced with an external label, and I suspect other cost-cutting measures have resulted in a general loss of quality. What a shame!

Easy to place order , delivered within a few days . Still like to look through catalogue that is sent to me , looking on line all the time is boring !
