I ordered a few items to be delivered to my local store and delivery was swift. The items I bought were of good quality and price. The items I didn't keep I was able to return to the store and my refund was in my account within 2 days. The ladies who work in the Bressingham branch are super helpful and friendly.

I needed to exchange a pair of trousers for a different size and the system of using a store in a garden centre worked efficiently and easily. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
